How to Sign Up for a Shift on SignUpGenius.com

1. Go to SignUpGenius.com

and scroll all the way to

the bottom where it says

Find a Signup.

2. Where it says Search for a

Signup, enter

bdinan@plymouthlibrary.org

then click the Not a Robot

button or fill in the captcha

and hit Search.

3. Choose the Shelving

Volunteers option with

the black box.

4. Scroll to a date and time when you want

to work and then check that there is a

grey SignUp box next to it.

f there is , click to check the box, then hit

Submit an SignUp at the bottom.

If there is no grey box available,

please pick another date or time.

Please limit your signups to one per week

so that all volunteers can have a chance.

(Weeks run Sunday through Saturday.)

5. First time

signing in?

Fill out this

info to get

an account.

Then hit

Sign Up

Now.

7. That’s it. You should now see

the screen that says “Thank you!”

8. Need to cancel a shift? Just go back to the shift signup, find the

shift with your name on it and click the X under your name.

5. Already have

an account?

Just click Login

to log in.

The system will ask you to confirm that you are deleting your-

self from that shift signup. Just click Yes Delete and the shift

is now available for another volunteer to grab.

Final reminders… Please limit your shifts to one hour per week and

please come to the Library to work ONLY when you have signed up for a shift.
