3. Entering the System：

Choose icon that you

want to get the data,

4. 【Company View】：Single Company，Different Period、Different Field

《chart 1-1.1》

◇ ：Data Sorting Query Date ：IF user want to yearly data like 2007/12,2008/12,2009/12

…Pls input 200712,200812,200912, no “/” Date Sorting ：Date by Descending or Ascending Query Date ：Current Company historical data date

Input Company Code

If you don’t know the

company code, Plase input

company name.

This function allows users to

change date. For example, if

you want to show 1997/01to

2005/02 monthly sale data,

please input 199701-200502；

PS. Finally please click Enter

5. 【Ranking View】：All listed companies could be sorted by the company code

4. If you did not know the company code, please use

manual “search with name”

5. User can paste company code from Excel in

there user double click the right button of mouse,

you can paste company code

If user wants to change compare item，In「Field

Group」,choose「Field Group Setting」，see

7. 【Across Period View】：Same Company but Different Periods Compare

8. 【Multiple Series View】：Mainly uses for link with the chart

「Graph setting and Cross field

setting」，see《chart 5-1》.

Or move cursor to the company, appears

the chart ，double click the left button

of mouse to setup「set graph and item

compare item」.

User must select both the companies and

fields from the left side，click ”＞” to the

right box, if user wants to delete

compare item, choose the item from the

right side，click ”＜”which item will

disappear from right box。Click “OK” &

exit.

User can change graph item from Chart Tools

PS. It must only have the significance for the same scale and similar grid reference. If we

compare stock price with indices, we find there are without the effect in the single chart. We

suggested using Two Y_Axis chart.

9. 【Single Item Compare View】：Date View Compare with all listed ompanies

10. 【Graphic Operation】

The function must be used in the「 Multiple Series View」, user can choose「View」 「Graph Window」.

11. 【Field Group 】：The user may set many groups

《Chart 9-1》

The operating procedure is as follows：

1.In「Setting」choose「Field Group Setting」 《Chart 9-1》 2.In 「Field Group」select「FIELD」.For example「FIELD 01」。 3.Select category, choose which field by table as「Monthly Sales Info.」, highlight your data range or

hold down「Ctrl」key to select，click「>」to right box. Otherwise , click「<」 to delete. 4.Click「>>」key to add all items; otherwise click「<<」key to delete all items. 5.In「Field Group 」, user can change group name on the bottom box . 6.choose「Save」. 7.From the above steps to setup field groups and then saved & exit.

Note：In the setting procedure, user must select at least one Field in right box, otherwise, it cannot be worked.

Change the sort.

12. 【ID Group 】：「ID Group Setting」The user may set many ID groups

《Chart 10-1》

The operating procedure is as follows： 1.In「Setting」choose「ID Group Setting」 《Chart 10-1》 2.In 「ID Group Setting」, select「ID Group」.For example「ID GROUP 01」. 3.Select sectors, choose which sector by table as「cement」，highlight your data range or hold down

「Ctrl」key to select，click「>>」to right box. Otherwise , click「<<」 to delete. 4.Click「ALL>>」key to add all companies; otherwise click「ALL<<」key to delete all companies. 5.In「ID Group Setting」, user can change group name on the right box .For example「Group 1」. 6.choose「Save」. 7.From the above steps to setup ID group then saved & exit.。 8.Go to「Option」and choose「ID Group」 to change ID group.

Note：In the setting procedure, user must select at least one company in right box, otherwise, it cannot be worked.

Choose Sector

Input 「 company code 」 or

「name」to search company

Click「All ▼」key，it may classify ID by industry, or by

markets to be easier to find company

In stock price，choose「ID Length 5」,it can show convertible bond and preference share at one time

13. 【Special File Convert Operation】

In「File」choose「Special Convert」

The operating procedure is as follows：

1.In「ID Group Setting」, highlight your data range, click「>>」to right box. 2.In「Field Group Setting」,highlight your data range, click「>>」to right box. 3.In 「Date Range」setup the date. 4.When finished, go to「File」→「Query special convert result」→「download」→「save as zip file」

→User can open it→Produces text file（see flow chart under the page）

Select by market & industry

Input the start & end date , don’t

input「/」symbol. Input the date in

Christian year.

Input company code to be

easier to choose companies .

If user download financial data, you must

choose「Field Separator」to avoid data fail.
