improving access and quality of health care services for rural and underserved communities.

Telehealth Network Grant Program• Purpose – to demonstrate how telehealth

technologies can help expand access, coordinate and improve quality of health services

• 20 TNGP grantees

• New grants awarded September 1, 2013

• Funding for up to four years at $250k per year

• New emphasis on health outcomes
