Telehealth Services will beprovided by both American Well(AmWell) and MDLIVE.

What is it

Availability if MDLIVE and AmWell services is expected for 1/1/17 but may vary by location and is subject to change. Not all providers have video chatcapabilities. Video chat is not available in all areas. AmWell/MDLIVE services are separate from your health plan’s provider network. Telehealthservices may not be available to all plan types. A Primary Care Provider referral is not required for AmWell/MDLIVE services. See your plan materialsfor costs and details of coverage, including other telehealth/telemedicine benefits that may be available under your specific health plan.
