My visits to many suppliers were amazing, where I enjoyed the beautiful fresh aromas, a conversation with local producers, their delicious products that simply cannot be found on any ordinary supermarket shelf.

I pride myself in all my journeys throughout Australia, sourcing our magnificent Gourmet fine foods and wines from our famous Australian Food Heroes, my achievements of 27 years supporting the communities such as Hospitals, Disabled Funds, Cancer Council, Local and National Communities. I can remember our Flood Crisis in Queensland some years ago, I amazed myself. I continue to strive and help all even through my own circumstances at present.

Breda’s Journey Reminiscing

After a long, long journey of 28 years.

I did it My Way!

A new Journey, a new Story, an exciting journey of

discovery. My love affair during my journey of 28 years

was tasting, tasting & tasting. All our beautiful Gourmet

Fine Foods & Wines made by our Australian Famous food

Heroes from across Australia. It was just amazing, from

sourcing my products, climbing trees, rocks, hills, too many

to mention. When I think now I am so proud. I fell, hopped

up again, tripped, broke the heels off my shoes, rings on my

fingers, climbed up ladders I could go on forever.

The most precious time of my life!

I suffered a stroke in 2015 which left me very unbalanced. I

started another chapter on the morning of the 10th

December 2016 at 4 a.m. Suffering another stroke in my

sleep leaving me completely blind in my right eye. I would

really like you to know this has not changed the woman I

am. I can now sit, listen and feel each moment.

suffered a heart attack which caused me to end up in St Vincent’s Clinic Sydney. Where a week later I had a quadruple bypass. My doctors had made me believe my journey had come to an end. BUT! I woke up after my major surgery smothered with glittering stars ready to continue the next stage of my

journey. I would really like you to know this has not changed the woman

I am. I can now sit, listen and feel each moment. I draw strength from this to share my life.
