User InformationOnly Orange users can initiate calls after a free trial period.

The user will:

1) Agree to terms of service when adding the application

2) Can be asked to confirm acceptance of terms of service when verifying phone

3) App landing page can inform user that making a call with Call Friends uses plan or pre-paid minutes, just like making a phone call

4) Can be given price information on the “About” page of the app

When a call is made, using the app, the person making the call (A-Party) will experience:

1) Clicking the Call button displays the B-Parties about to be called. A second click initiates the call. (note: the app can display Orange subscribers that are also using the application)

2) The originator’s phone rings, they answer

3a) They can be played a special recording “Welcome to Call Friends powered by Orange, press one to start the call and accept the call charges to your bill.”

or, if legal is not worried about notifications at this point

3b) They could simple say ‘hello’ and they would enter the call - then hear custom hold music or recording “Powered by Orange, please wait while your party is being called”

If the B-Party answers, they can either be put directly onto the call or hear a recording and then be required to press 1 “Hi, welcome to Call Friends. You are being called by a friend on Facebook. Press one to join the call.”

Billing begins when the B-Party joins the call.

1 - Tom creates a CallVite invitation for his team. Sends invites from the app
