Telesuite CRS is a professional voice­recording solution used for Analog or Digital(T1/E1/PRI)   telephone   line   recording.   It   can   record   all   the   connected   audiochannels simultaneously with automatic start and stop and along with caller ID(if available) for incoming calls & dialed numbers for outgoing calls.

Telesuite  CRS, features, digital  signal processing and automatic   level  control toimprove   voice   intelligibility  and   offers   ultimate   reliability  and   resiliency.   Therecordings   are   automatically   compressed   for   archiving.   Later   they   can   besearched by date, time, line or other data using the web browser.

Selective   recording   a   new   paradigm   in   telephoneconversation recording.

Telesuite Selective Call Recording System (SCRS) is a new telephony feature thatallows for the selective recording, documenting, archiving and delivery of callcontent   from   any  phone,   anywhere,   at   any  time.  The   method  that   does   notrequire wires, external devices or installation at the telephone set. Telesuite SCRSuses   the   Silent   monitoring   feature   of   telephone   system   to   add   a   computertelephony port as the third leg of a phone conversation. Upon call completion,the contents of the call are automatically compressed as .wav files and stored inthe PC.

Telesuite SCRS reliably records both incoming and outgoing calls of the particularextensions programmed. Addition or removal of extensions from to be recordedlist can be set using software. No physical tapping is required, one can monitorany extension in the PBX using the software.
