To view the 2018 Annual Update True-up and all supporting documentation click on the following hyperlink on or after June 15, 2018: Westar OASIS site. On the left-hand side, click on “Transmission Formula Rate (TFR) 2019 Rates”, then “June 15, 2018 True-up”. From there you will be able to access the 2018 Annual Update True-up (in Excel and PDF) and all supporting documentation.
