5. Inspections / Audits The construction site manager must conduct and document a weekly inspection/audit.
The defects found and the measures for corrective actions are found on the form.
Control of the processing is carried out by those responsible and must also be documented. The effectiveness of the corrective action taken must be checked during the next inspection.

6. Personnel
6.1 Check-in and check-out
6.2 Qualifications
The staff employed at the construction site must be personally and professionally qualified for the work assigned to them.
Relevant qualification documents are available from the site manager for the staff (and subcontractors).
Employees (and subcontractors) who disrupt peaceful working relationships, violate accident prevention regulations or who do not follow the instructions given by the site management or the client are subject to disciplinary measures.
6.3 Occupational medical exams
All employees assigned to the construction site are subject to an occupational medical exam, depending on their work.
• Hearing exam: mandatory for every employee on the construction site • Welding fume exam for all welders • Chrome/nickel/manganese – exam for those working with the processing
high-alloy steels
The occupational medical service conducts the necessary occupational medical exams and confirms that all employees (including subcontractors) are qualified and suitable for the work (e.g.: working at heights, working in confined spaces, welding, etc.)
The exam records and suitability results are available in the company headquarters and, if necessary, on the construction site.
6.4 Language
The official language on the construction site is German.
A responsible supervisor who is fluent in written and spoken German is present in the work area at all times.
All documents and certificates required in accordance with Austrian law and regulations are available in German.

6.8 Instructions
What internal instruction material is available and how were the employees instructed?
