6.2 Qualifications

The staff employed at the construction site must be personally and professionally qualified for the work assigned to them.

Relevant qualification documents are available from the site manager for the staff (and subcontractors).

Employees (and subcontractors) who disrupt peaceful working relationships, violate accident prevention regulations or who do not follow the instructions given by the site management or the client are subject to disciplinary measures.

All employees assigned to the construction site are subject to an occupational medical exam, depending on their work.

• Hearing exam: mandatory for every employee on the construction site • Welding fume exam for all welders • Chrome/nickel/manganese – exam for those working with the processing

high-alloy steels

The occupational medical service conducts the necessary occupational medical exams and confirms that all employees (including subcontractors) are qualified and suitable for the work (e.g.: working at heights, working in confined spaces, welding, etc.)

The exam records and suitability results are available in the company headquarters and, if necessary, on the construction site.
