Terms and conditions- (1) The vendor must provide “Certificate of authorization” if the vendor is not a manufacturer.
(2) Total Price quoted should be including of packaging, transportation, installation, insurance,
demonstration charges and as F.O.R. D. D. University, Nadiad
(3) Price quoted should be including all accessories like oils, stands etc. needed to run the set ups & also
all taxes, government levies, excise duty if applicable, any other charges should be specified clearly.
(4) Delivery : Within 8 weeks, 0.5% of P.O. value per week penalty on Late Delivery.
(5) Warranty: 3 years warranty of free of cost replacement.
(6) Payment: 100% payment after satisfactory installation and demonstration and training of the
equipment supplied. No advance payment.
(7) If the goods supplied fail to justify prescribed specifications the same will have to be taken back by
the supplier with no cost implication to D.D.University.
(8) Validity: Quotation should be valid for 45 days from last date of opening of tender.
(9) Terms and condition will be as per the purchase order only and duly signed and agreed upon by
supplier.
(10)All calibration certificate of the standard equipment should be submitted at the time of delivery with
validity of 1 years.
(11)User manuals (hard and soft copies) and other relevant licensed version softwares should be
provided with instrument.
(12)Manuals (Hard copy and soft copy both) with specimen calculations of the experiments and
performance curves for the test set ups should be provided.
(13)On site inspection is to be done at cost of supplier.
