TEREX T340-1XL“The pink crane”
ABOUT THE PINK CRANE
The Terex T340-1XL is a mobile crane with a 105ft
boom and a 300 horsepower engine. It is perfect for steel
construction, commercial A/C loading, tree service, machine loading, plant servicing and
much, much more!
The Pantone pink paint job and decals were generously
provided by Terex Cranes, and our first female crane operator,
Jessica Ives, continues to operate the Pink Crane in
support of her mother, who is a breast cancer survivor.
Since the Pink Crane’s maiden voyage on Mother’s Day 2012, Phoenix Crane has donated a portion of its revenues to It’s the Journey, who produce the Atlanta 2-Day Walk for Breast
Cancer. All funds raised in Georgia stay in Georgia!
40 Ton Lift Capacity female NCCCO operator $118,100 raised!

What to expect at the Marietta Freedom Parade on July 4th:
• You’ll be walking with our 40-ton Pink Crane that raises money for the Atlanta 2-Day
Walk for Breast Cancer! The more visible we are – and trust us, that huge piece of
pink heavy equipment IS visible! – the more we can raise awareness about the great
work the 2-Day Walk does for our Georgia community!
• For the 2017 parade, we are meeting in AREA “F” on the attached staging area map
at 8:45AM. Please refer to the City of Marietta’s Parade Rules for instructions on
where to park and how to get to and from the parade route.
• Phoenix Crane will provide cold water and a mobile cooler you are welcome to put
your own drinks/snacks in.
• It could get very hot – wear a hat and plenty of sunscreen!
• Wear comfortable shoes!
• Wear comfortable clothes!
• Wear comfortable undies!
• Feel free to decorate yourself in any way you wish – so long as it’s pink, white or blue!
• Phoenix Crane also has a 3’ x 10’ banner that advertises the 2-day walk. We are
rigging it to a piece of PVC piping so that it is easier to carry.
• Feel free to bring American flags to wave – they are one of the only hand-held items
allowed.
• They take a high-res professional photo at the end of the route when the crane enters
the square so smile and wave at the grand stand! Heather Barton (Phoenix Crane’s
Marketing Director) will tell you where & when!
