Herein after called the “Committee”. 2. VENUE & DATES Damai Indah Golf – Pantai Indah Kapuk Course, MAY 21 – 23, 2019. 3. ELIGIBILITY The Championship is open to all junior golfers who are under 19 years of age on June 15, 2019 and similarly for their age groups. All players must be an amateur in accordance with the rules of amateur status as approved by the R&A Rules Limited and the United States Golf Association, AND have not graduated high school as of January 1, 2019 are eligible. 4. STATUS & SANCTIONING Sanctioning This event sanctioned by the Indonesia Golf Association (IGA) and the Junior Golf Tour of Asia (JGTA). For players who hold an active JGTA Tour card or member of the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) or hold an active Junior or Junior Plus membership and playing under Class A & B. This event results will count towards players’ JGTA Junior Order of Merit standing, which awards AJGA PBE status per final ranking at the end of the JGTA season. The Junior Order of Merit (JOM) is the official points-based ranking system of the JGTA. The JOM ranks players based on their average points earned per tournament, applying a divisor of 3 until a player competes in 3 events, the minimum events required for the AJGA to qualify a player as fully competitive. At the end of each season, AJGA PBE Stars are awarded to competitors based on their JGTA Junior Order of Merit (JOM) standing. The AJGA PBE Stars a competitor earns on the JGTA are added to their total AJGA PBE Status and can be utilized for the AJGA tournament applications after June 1st. 5. SIZE OF FIELD The field shall be limited to 144 players. Each International member Union/Association can only nominate 4 junior players. The Organizing Committee will take great pleasure in inviting four players (one of age group 15 - 18 years old and one of age group 12 - 14 years old for boys and girls), nominated by your Union/Association to participate in the above Championship and form two teams in the International Team Event. The Organizing Committee has the right to finalize the number of golfers to play in this tournament.

6. CADDIES DURING COMPETITON As part of the JGTA ranking status, there will be no caddies allowed during competition days for class A and B - Caddies & golf cart are allowed only on the practice round day - No motorized trolley is allowed
Caddies will be allowed only for Class C during practice round day and competition days. 7. FORMAT
The Individual competition will be conducted over the following age groups : Boys Division: Group Age Course H’cp Limit USGA H’cp Index Class A 15 - 18 years old 11 or lower 8.1 Class B 12 - 14 years old 15 or lower 12.6 Class C 11 years old & under 20 or lower 17.8 Girls Division: Group Age Course H’cp Limit USGA H’cp Index Class A 15 - 18 years old 11 or lower 9.3 Class B 12 - 14 years old 15 or lower 13.2 Class C 11 years old & under 20 or lower 17.5 Note: If the number of entries is less than 6 in any of the above groups, the Organizing Committee may, at its absolute discretion, combine the players to play in any other group or groups.
International Team Event :
Boys Team Event : Each Boys Team must comprise of 2 players, one from Class A and one from Class B. The total of the team’s score for 3 rounds shall be the team‘s score for the Championship. The team returning the lowest score for the Championship shall be the winner. Girls Team Event : Each Girls Team shall comprise of 2 players, one from Class A and one from Class B. The total of the team’s score for 3 rounds shall be the team’s score for the Championship. The team returning the lowest score for the Championship shall be the winner.
8. MANNER OF PLAY 54 holes stroke play competition for Boys’ Class A, B & C 54 holes stroke play competition for Girls’ Class A, B & C
9. TEES Boys Class A & B : Blue Tees (Estimation yardage : 6084 meters / 6692 yards) , Boys Class C : White tees (Estimation yardage : 5.497 meters / 6047 yards
Trophies will be awarded to : Individual Competition :
a. Overall Champion Trophy and prize will be granted to the lowest score of Boys Class A & B b. Overall Champion Trophy and prize will be granted to the lowest score of Girls Class A & B c. Trophies and prizes will be granted to the Champion and 4 Runner-ups of Boys Classes A, B, C d. Trophies and prizes will be granted to the Champion and 4 Runner-ups Girls Classes A, B, C e. Lowest Daily Score Trophy will be awarded to the lowest score from all Boys and Girls Divisions
In the interest of fellowship, a player who wins more than one trophy shall select the one he/she wishes to receive and shall give up the other(s) to the players(s) next in line. The Overall Champion Boys division (lowest score of Boys Class A & B) will receive an invitation to play at the Ciputra Golfpreneur 2019 (ADT event). Team Competition : The Governor of Jakarta Challenge Cup shall be awarded to the boys team (A & B) champion (the team with the lowest total score for 3 days) :
a. Champion b. 1st Runner-up c. 2nd Runner-up
The Governor of Jakarta Challenge Cup Trophy shall be awarded to the girls team (A & B) champion (the team with the lowest total score for 3 days) :

11. TIES
Ties for first place, in both Individual Overall and Team Champion of class A & B competitions, will be settled by a hole-by-hole sudden death play-off. For Team Champion play-off, Team Captain should appoint one of the team members from Class A or B to represent their teams in the hole-by-hole play-offs. All minor placings shall be decided based on a count back system as follows :
a. Last 18 holes, if a tie still persists, then, b. Last 9 holes, if a tie still persists, then, c. Last 6 holes, if a tie still persists, then, d. Last 3 holes, if a tie still persists, then, e. Hole 18.

persists, then the preceding 18 holes, 9 holes, 6 holes, 3 holes in that order. 12. OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players must pay a green fee of Rp.350.000,- for the official practice round day on Monday Morning, MAY 20 2019, at Damai Indah Golf - PIK Course (Last tee off time at 11.00) and must be reserved in advance. Practice round before that date will be subject to payment of Green Fees. This does not apply to Members of Damai Indah Golf. Players may practice at the driving range upon payment on his/her account (IDR.55.000,- PRICE FOR 50 BALLS).
13. RULES OF GOLF
The Championship will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf approved by The R&A Rules Limited and the USGA, Additional Condition of Competition, PGI Hard Card 2019 and Local Rules approved by the Organizing Committee. Disputes, if any, will be settled by the Organizing Committee, and a decision made by the Organizing Committee will be final.
14. PACE OF PLAY
The player shall play in accordance with the laid down Pace of play guidelines.
15. COMPETITION CLOSED The championship shall be deemed to have closed when the prizes has been awarded to the winners.
16. DECISION
If a referee has been appointed by the Committee, his/ her decision is final (rule 20-2). In absence of referee, any dispute or doubtful point on the rules must be referred to the Committee, whose decisions is final (rule 20-2).
17. DISPUTES Any disputes or doubtful points on the rules shall be referred to the Committee as soon as possible on completion of the round and in any case not later than 15 minutes after finishing the round.
18. INDEMNITY OR LIABILITIES In signing of entry form, participant in this tournament shall testify and not hold liable to the organizer. The Organizing committee and their staff will not be responsible for any loss damage or harm, or any form of injuries that participation of the tournament may suffer as result of their participation in this tournament.
19. MOTORIZED CARS Unless otherwise permitted by the Committee, players shall not use automotive transportation during a stipulated round. GOLF CART WILL BE PROVIDED FOR TEAM CAPTAINS ONLY : IDR 200.000,- / day (PERSONAL COST)

20. EVACUATION PLAN Rules officials, observers, roving marshals will take players and caddies to shelter on the course until the 4 buses situated on the course will fetch and transported them to the Clubhouse. Location of buses on the course:
• Bus No. 1 (between Clubhouse and tee box 10) For evacuation of players on hole 1, 2, 10, 17, and 18.
• Bus No. 2 (on road behind green 14 and shelter hole 15) For evacuation of players on hole 2, 3, 4, 15 and 16.
• Bus No. 3 (on road behind tee box 5 and green 14) For evacuation of players on hole 5, 6, 9, 13 and 14.
• Bus No. 4 (on road behind green 12 and tee box 13) For evacuation of players on hole 7, 8, 9, 11 and 12.
All players and their caddies will be transported back to their last location on the course, while waiting for the signal for resume play.
21. INCLEMENT WEATHER
The Committee will make every effort to complete this event in its entirety. However, The Committee reserves the right to suspend or abandon play as necessary if weather-related circumstances require such action. In the unlikely event the course is unplayable and abandons play or other conditions warranting such action. The Committee then will decide the action taken for The Tournament and all competitors will be informed accordingly.
22. SERIOUS BREACH OF PLAYER CONDUCT All players should play in the spirit of the game as detailed out Rule 1.2 of the Rules of Golf. The overriding principle is that consideration should be shown to others on the course at all time. The following may be considered “serious breaches of player conduct” for this competition:
(i) The use of mobile phones and any other similar noise making devices during play to the annoyance and distractions of other players.
However, repetitive usage of a mobile phone without consideration to other players, or (ii) Intentionally distracting or offending other players, or (iii) Verbal abuse of other players / officials / staff,
will be considered as unbecoming conduct (a serious breach of misconduct – Rule 1-2a).
Note : Any other “breach of conduct” not listed above will be dealt with by the Committee on an individual basis. PENALTY FOR SERIOUS BREACH OF PLAYER CONDUCT: DISQUALIFICATION under Rule 1-2a
23. OTHERS a. Tee times and pairings will be posted on the announcement board at the Club House, website and at the
information desk at the Hotel and will be distributed to all players at PIK Course.

b. Markers (scorer) will be assigned to the Class C players. When the situation requires, the Organizing Committee will also assign a marker (scorer) to players in other classes.
c. Players must use official caddies assigned by the host club.
24. The Committee In the event that the Committee is required to make any decision involving the penalty of disqualification in relation to Rule 20-2, each country whose player is involved may appoint a non-voting observer to attend.
