GLOSSARYcommandThe authority which a commander in the military Service lawfullyexercises over subordinates by virtue of rank or assignment.Command includes the authority and responsibility for effectivelyusing available resources and for planning the employment of,organising, directing, coordinating and controlling military forces forthe accomplishment of assigned missions. Sustainability is measured in terms of the ability toprovide personnel, equipment, facilities and consumables to enable aforce to complete its period of operations.propagandaAny information, ideas, doctrines or special appeals disseminated to

Black Propaganda is that which purports to emanate from asource other than the true one. Grey Propaganda is that which doesnot specifically identify any source.
