1. Organiser: Julie’s Marketing Sdn. Bhd. 2. Redemption Julie’s Loyalty Rewards (Instant Redemption). 3. Redemption Period The Redemption Period is from 15th Aug 2019 through 15th Nov 2019. The Organiser reserves the right to suspend and/or postpone the Redemption Period and/or cancel/terminate the Redemption and/or change, amend, delete and/or add other Redemption Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 4. Eligibility This promotion is open to all Malaysians aged 18 years and above as at the start of the Redemption Period. 5. Entry Method: Instant Redemption Point a. The Organiser will set up Instant Redemption Point (IRP) in selected outlets only for Participants to redeem their Julie’s Foldable Travel Bag and/or Julie’s Power Bank 10000mAh instantly. Please refer to the IRP Table shown on the Organiser’s Facebook: Julie’s Biscuits for IRP venues and schedules. b. For every purchase of any of the participating Julie’s products, you are entitled to participate in this promotion. Please refer to the Proof of Purchase & Points Table shown on the Promotion Form (Form) for the list of participating Julie’s products, the proof of purchase (POP) required and points (Points) which are eligible for every participating Julie’s product purchased. c. You may also purchase any of the participating Julie’s products from the outlet where the IRP is being held on the same day. Submit the IRP outlet purchase receipt dated on the same day with sufficient Points as the proof of purchase (IRP POP) with a completed Form to redeem a Julie’s Foldable Travel Bag and/or Julie’s Power Bank 10000mAh. c. Participant must show Julie’s products and receipts to the IRP crew at the IRP counter during Instant Redemption for purchase verification. IRP crew at the IRP counter will make a special marking on the packaging for proof of acceptance. d. The Organiser will display the designs and number of Premiums available for each day in every IRP. The instant redemption promotion at all IRP is available based on while-stock-lasts basis. e. Each Form submitted must be completed with the required details and must be accompanied with the POP and/or IRP POP and with sufficient Points. Points accumulated during the Promotion Period are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash in part or in full. Excess Points and IRP POP submitted will not be returned. Incomplete, illegible, inaccurate Forms, with incorrect and/or defective/damaged POP/IRP POP/Points will be disqualified. Photocopies of the redemption Form are acceptable. 6. Premiums a. All Participants must ensure that the premium(s) redeemed is/are in good condition on receiving it. All premium(s) redeemed at the IRP will not be replaced after the instant redemption has been completed. b. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium(s) shown on the Form with another premium of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All premium(s) are provided on an “as is” basis and are not exchange able for credit, other items or voucher in part or in full. 7. Additional Terms a. All Participants must abide by the terms and conditions of the staff arranging and/or providing the premium(s) and the terms and conditions attached to the premium(s), if any. b. By participating in the Redemption, you have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions and the processing of your personal information in the Privacy Notice. For every purchase of any of participating Julie’s products, you are entitled to participate in the Promotion. Please refer to the Proof of Purchase & Points Table shown on the Promotion Form (Form) for the list of participating Julie’s products, the proof of purchase (POP) required and points (Points) which are eligible for every participating Julie’s product purchased. b. All Participants may redeem the Points accumulated throughout the Promotion Period. Photocopies of the Redemption Form are acceptable. c. All Forms submitted must be completed with the particulars required and must be accompanied by the required POP with sufficient Points sufficient and the packaging. Points accumulated throughout the Promotion Period is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash partially or wholly. Excessive points raised will not be returned. Incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate form, with incorrect or defective POP/Points/Packaging and/or defective will be cancelled. d. All Forms must be sent to the address specified by post, courier service or Pos Laju, at the risk of the Participant . Any Proof of Submission/Post is not proof of received by Organiser. All transportation, accommodation, personal cost and/or any other cost, feeds and/or related expenses that are incurred to redeem the Premium[s] are the sole responsibility of the participant. 6. Closing Date of Entry: All Forms of Redemption Participation must be received by the Organiser on or before 10.00pm (Malaysia time) on 15th Nov 2019. All entries form received outside the Redemption Period will be automatically disqualified. 7. Premiums: a. All Participants must ensure the premium[s] redeemed is/are in good condition during instant redemption. All premium[s] redeemed at the IRP will not be replaced after the instant redemption has been completed. b. The Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium[s] shown on the Form with another premium of similar value, at any time without prior notice. All premium[s] are provided on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for credit, other items or voucher in part or in full. c. The premium will be posted to the address provided by the Participant in 6 - 8 weeks after the closing date 15th Nov 2019. The Organiser is not liable if Participants do not accept, receive the premium. All unclaimed premium(s) will not be sent after the 2nd attempt of delivery. d. In the event of any manufacturing defect, the Participant must return the premium to the Organiser at its own expense. In the event of damage and in original packaging, the Participant is to inform the Organiser and the Organiser shall send a replacement in 2 weeks after being informed. e. The Organiser reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the premium(s) shown on the Form with another premium of similar value, at any time without prior notice.
