The Benefits –

Product – Planum | Slate

.Colour for Life WarrantyTerracotta tiles (or ceramic) are produced using a high firing process that binds the colour applied to the tiles surface.

.Vast range of colours and profilesBristile Roofing’s terracotta roof tiles offer the most comprehensive range of colours and finishes available on the Australian market.

.Exceptional sound insulationRoof tiles reduce external noise by up to 25 decibels which is more than twice the noise reduction achieved by other commonly used roofing materials.

.Rust and corrosion freeRoof tiles are rust and corrosion resistant which means they are suitable for installation in even the harshest coastal environments.

.Fire resistantRoof tiles are ideal for use in bush fire areas because they are non combustible.

.Low in embodied energyTesting shows that terracotta roof tiles are lower in embodied energy than a number of competing roofing products.

.Reduces cooling requirementsTesting of similarly coloured roofing products shows that terracotta roof tiles can reflect more heat away from your home resulting in lower cooling requirements.

.10 Year WarrantyWhen you build with Bristile Roofing you build with confidence knowing that your roof is provided with a 10 Year Total Roof Warranty.

.Strong and durableTerracotta roof tiles must comply with strict quality standards and are actually stronger than standard concrete roof tiles.

.Safe to drinkWater collected from a tiled roof is as safe to drink as water collected off most roofing materials.

.Re-usable and recyclableTerracotta roof tiles can be reused by moving them from one roof and installing them on another home without the need for further processing before re installation.

.Repair and replacementBecause a tiled roof is composed of a large number of small pieces, damaged tiles can be removed and replaced with relative ease.
