Neither the Company nor any of Its staff, agents Ott subcontractors shall be l iable to the Client nor to any flird patty for any aehons taken or not taken on the basis of suCh Reports of Fhdings. or for any incorrect results arisrng from unclear, erroneous. ilcomplete, misleading Of falso infoonation provxfed to the Company.
(3) For any delayed, total or partied non-pertormance of 1he services arisi'lg dilecaly or inditoctfy from any event beyond the Colll)any's conttol, ndud-•ng fadvre by Chent to comply wilh any of it$ Obl'9ations hereunder, IItle ~any shall nor bo liablo.
