Conference Calls

Please refer to http://tw.rpi.edu/wiki/tw:Tw_meeting_setup for more information•Current Status

•Digital Line•Digital Phone (Cisco)•Analog Conference System (Polycom)•Waiting for an analog line to be installed in this room, with an analog phone, connected to an analog conference system

•How it works:1. Pick up the phone, and hit the phone button on Polycom2. Dial your number (if long distance, may need access code)3. Enter your pass code (if using online conference system)4. Leave the phone off the hook

Conference Calls

We use Dimdim for our conference calls.•http://www.dimdim.com/•Allows us to share documents, share screens, white boarding, conference chat, etc.•VOIP available, but everyone would need to use it.•There is software to install if you will be sharing your screen

If there is just one person to include in your meeting, then you can just use the phone by itself. More than one person, you’ll need Dimdim.
