At Teva, we’re all about helping you Live Better Stories. We all have very different lives; different day jobs, different hobbies, different passions. But if there’s one thing we can all agree on it’s this; we like a good story. You never know when a story will strike, which is why we make shoes that are ready to help you grab it when it’s in front of you. There’s nothing worse than hearing an amazing story and knowing that you could’ve been part of it if you didn’t bail. So here’s a simple solution: next time, don’t bail. Strap on a pair of Tevas and go find your story.

Look around your house, and you’ll probably find a lot of stuff that looks like junk. A ripped shirt, an old business card, a worn out pair of shoes. But ask yourself, if this is junk, why am I still hanging on to it? How does it keep surviving spring cleanings, yard sales, moves and purges? I’ll let you in on a little secret, all that stuff ... it’s not junk.

It’s the three-month trip you took after college. The party you swore you’d never talk about. It’s the day you discovered a new passion. Or the day you went a little too far in pursuit of it. It’s laughs, gasps, and holy shit moments … and it’s all yours.

Others might see junk, but you see your stories, sealed and preserved … evidence that you’ve lived a life worth telling. Junk? Nah. It’s your proof of life.

The Teva Cleanup ProjectWe were born in ’84 on the Colorado River, so we’ve kinda got a thing for water. We like being around it. We like swimming in it, floating on it and skimming over it. We like seeing it and tasting it. We like it all over us, around us and inside of us (is this getting awkward yet?). So when we see dirty water, we get pretty worked up. So much so, that in 2011 we launched A Pair for a Foot and decided that for every pair of shoes we sell, we’ll help clean up a foot of shoreline somewhere in the world.
