Tezpur University is looking for Medical Officer on contract basis initially for six (06) months as perthe following details.

Rs. 60,000/- PM Fixed(Negotiable)

Essential:MBBS degree from any Indian university recognised by Medical Council of India.Preference will be given to persons working in reputed hospital/Nursing Home withat least two years' experience. Retired persons may also apply.

Candidates who do not register his 1 her name by 05.00 P.M. of 06.08.2020 shall not be interviewed.Eligible candidates so registered shall appear before the concerned Selection Committee as per the aboveschedule with all testimonials in origin. The candidates will also be required to submit a signed copy of thedetailed biodata / CV as stated above and a set of self-attested photocopies of all the supporting documentsat the time of interview.

If a large number of candidates register for the interview by the last date as stated above, then candidatesshort-listed on the basis of academic qualifications and experience, if any, will be called for the interviewthrough e-mail (latest by 07.08.2020). A notice for such applicants shall also be uploaded in the Universitywebsite by 07.08.2020.

Further, in view of the prevailing situation due to the COVID 19 pandemic, if any candidate is unable toappear physically for the interview, the candidate may appear through SKYPE. Such candidates are toprovide their SKYPE ID along with other details as stated above.

No TA/DA will be admissible.

NOTE: Medical Officer is to essentially stay on the campus. The appointee will be provided with

residential accommodation on the campus.
