Dear EHMA friends and colleagues,
what a delight to welcome you to Germany! In its 34 years of existence it
is the 3rd time that the General Meeting of the European Hotel Managers
Association (1978 Wiesbaden and 1990 Berlin) takes place in our country.
It is an honour and distinct pleasure to receive you as our guest in the city
of Munich, the Bavarian Capital and Germany’s most popular destination.
The Organizing Committee offers you an exciting programme ranging
from a state-of-the-art Leadership Education to an authentic
Oktoberfest, from a University Day organized by the Ecole Hoteliere
de Lausanne to a State Reception of the Prime Minister of Bavaria.
We sincerely hope you will enjoy your stay and make extensive use of
the many opportunities that Munich offers its visitors.
In addition take advantage of the occasion by meeting your peers and
try to network with your fellow hoteliers. Saturday you will elect the new
EHMA President and the Executive Committee of our organisation and
during the Gala Dinner that same night the European Hotel Manager of
the Year will be announced.
Again welcome to Munich and enjoy!
Best wishes,
Joern U. Sroka, Chairman Organizing Committee
