Accompanying him was a delegation which included representatives of the Manpower Ministry, Foreign Affairs Ministry and Senior ILO staff. The Director General of the International Labor Organization, Mr. Guy Ryder visited PT Citra Abadi Sejati on December 12, 2014. He spent time with the Management, Staff, Employees and the Union to better understand the various activities of the company and also walked through the entire facility. Accompanying him was a delegation which included representatives of the Manpower Ministry, Foreign Affairs Ministry and Senior ILO staff. To commemorate his visit, he planted a mango tree within our premises.

Diabetes Awareness Workshop PT Citra Abadi Sejati cooperated with Nutrifood to provide an awareness program to the employees on the dangers of Diabetes and its prevention. On November 5, 2014, Mohammad Aldis, a representative from Nutrifood led this program. He shared with the participants the importance of diet and regular physical activity. There were 50 employees who attended this awareness session. Five of them were diagnosed as pre-diabetic and were requested to make suitable lifestyle changes.
Annual Lucky Draw
On December 12, 2014, PT Citra Abadi Sejati – Cileungsi conducted the Annual Lucky Draw in association with the Workers Cooperative Society. Employees who regularly shopped at the Cooperative Store and had accumulated coupons in the course of the year were eligible to participate in the lucky draw. A total of 80 parcels were distributed to the winners. Representatives of the Management, Union, Prosperity Council of Mosques (Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid) and employees attended this event.
PT Citra Abadi Sejati – Union Election
PT Citra Abadi Sejati, as a responsible entity supports the right of the employees to freedom of association. The election to pick new union representatives for the period 2014-2017 was held in November 2014. After a well contested campaign where the various candidates outlined their vision and mission, Yuyun (photo on left) was elected to lead the Union for the next three years. She along with her team of 6 were inaugurated on December 4, 2014

HIV AIDS Seminar In accordance with the Decree of the Minister about Prevention and Control of HIV AIDS in the Workplace, PT Citra Abadi Sejati held a seminar on prevention and control of HIV AIDS on December 1, 2014. The day was also a World HIV International Day. Some medical examination performed, i.e. blood sugar tests, cholesterol tests, and uric acid tests. Approximately 3,000 employees of PT Citra Abadi Sejati joined the seminar and 76 of them had health checks.
Christmas Celebration with The Management and Family
To celebrate Christmas 2014 and New Year, PT Citra Abadi Sejati invited the employees and their family to attend the event on January 10, 2015. There were 165 employees who participated. This event was held in a restaurant at Cibubur, West Java, Indonesia with a theme of “Grateful, Grateful, Grateful”.
“Indahnya Berbagi” Year End Charity In the Indonesian language “Indahnya Berbagi” means The Beauty of Sharing
To end the year of 2014, Busana Apparel Group management held a "The Beauty of Sharing" Year End Charity. There were 69 packages, which contained rice, cooking oil, condensed milk, sugar, tea, coffee, and noodles, being distributed to the people who really helped daily company operational activities in each business units of Busana Apparel Group (Jakarta, West Java, and Central Java). PT Citra Abadi Sejati presented 6 packages to the drivers and couriers on December 20, 2014.
A Kinship New Year Party
On the last day of December 2014, all departments of PT Citra Abadi Sejati held a kinship new year party at the office. They exchanged gifts and had lunch together.

Global environmental problems cause a lot of damage, such as the depletion of the ozone layer, the depletion of forest resources, pollution of the marine resources due to excessive consumption, to the declining quality of life of creatures on earth. PT Citra Abadi Sejati, as a company that cares about the survival of the earth's ecosystem especially around the plant environment and employees, committed to implementing Environmental Management System or EMS. PT Citra Abadi Sejati has formed a team that is focused on the EMS. A total of 20 employees, followed the EMS training on December 6, 2014. Budi Kurniawan, HR and Compliance Manager of PT Citra Abadi Sejati, provided materials. The seminar was about the concept system environmental management, the concept of ISO 14001: 2004, elements of standardization of ISO 14001: 2004, and case studies on the implementation of the environmental management system of the company.

Donation for “Heesu” Foundation
As usual, every month, PT Citra Abadi Sejati - Cileungsi spare their time to visit the “Heesu” Foundation. The “Heesu” Foundation is doing wonderful work in caring for 21 autistic children. From the three visits in October, November, and December 2014, a total of 470 USD has been given to the board of trustees in the foundation. Employees of PT Citra Abadi were extremely pleased and enjoyed to have the opportunity to meet lovely children in "Heesu" Foundation.
