ROSARIO Y OFRECIMINETO DE FLORES
A LA VIRGEN MARIA BAUTISMO/BAPTISM
Parents must be members of the parish for at least 3
months before the baptism. Please bring a copy of
the child's birth certificate, copy of the sponsors
marriage certificate stating they are married in the
Catholic Church. If sponsors are single they must be
18 years of age, have all the sacraments and live
alone (they can not be living with anyone as a cou-
ple)Please bring a copy of their confirmation certifi-
cates and a letter from the church that the sponsors
attend stating they are in good standing.
Wedding preparation at Holy Name you must be an
active registered member for at least 6 months prior
to beginning the marriage process. You must make
an appointment with the the Priest by calling the
office 817-536-9604. You must bring a copy of birth
certificate, photo ID, Baptism certificate, First Com-
munion and Confirmation certificates to the initial
visit. Cost for a wedding at Holy Name is $400.00
for members and $500.00 for non members. Couples
will need to attend a class at the Diocese of Fort
Worth, Natural family planning class and meet with
sponsor couple for a series of classes. For more info
