- National Policy: TICA, MFA - 5 Years Strategic Plan on Development Cooperation- Thailand’s ODA: existing modalities- Thai volunteers programme based on the model of

the Japanese and Korean ones- New programme in 5 years plan, start in Oct. 2014- System set up with the MoU, Committee Meeting, task

force, annual consultation- Review and revise the existing rules/regulations/

procedures

Objectives

- Strengthen cooperation and partnership- Exchange knowledge & gain experiences

- Internationally working experience - Strengthening good relations with counterparts - Enhance capability for merit of HRD- Complementary to Thai experts in the projects
