Do you want me to pursue this? Most of these food trucks only have CGL so we struggle to get the extra $2M XS we require of caterers anyway. However, the old Paramount agreement made us responsible for up to $5M for vendors we invited onto the Paramount lot. I glanced quickly at the Paramount extension agreement and I don’t think that provision was amended though I could take a closer look. So we are probably still potentially assuming liability of up to an additional $4M for these food trucks. That said, I doubt we could get more from the food trucks as they just don’t seem to have the extra coverage. Is this something we should discuss in our next conference call?

Unknown, they are a food truck (and one of the few that will sign the agreement it seems!). We start production on 8/19, I don't imagine we will use them more than once a week.
