It is the use of your reasoning appropriate for he situation.

Evaluate and analyze all the evidence and opinions to make a conclusion about something.

Get the solution of different kind of problem.

Communication

Communicate Clearly with others.

Articulate clearly your ideas or though.

Use communication for a range of purposes (e.g. to inform, instruct, motivate, and persuade).

Collaboration

Is the ability to work effectively with others in a respectful way.

Willingness to help others.

Shared responsibility for collaborative work, and value every member's contribution in the group.

Creativity

Use a wide range of idea creation techniques.

Create new thing and ideas.

Innovative things.

Be open and responsive to new and diverse perspectives.
