The Academy for Women Emerging Program Overview

The AWE Academy is designed specifically for the conscious entrepreneur who is ready to expand her consciousness, her business and her whole life. This 12-month program equips the woman business owner with not only specific, applicable, practical business skills, but new abilities and strategies to change mindset, solve problems, think differently, create value, and execute her business her way – and change the world in the process. A pathway to LIVE her PASSION abundantly and successfully.

AWE is for you if you:

AWE Curriculum Model AWE is designed to be a broad-based, expansive, comprehensive entrepreneurial business curriculum. This academy is established with specific, high-quality standards; each topic area is led by women entrepreneurs who are experts in their field. The content encompasses what you need both for your business and for yourself.

The AWE Program This 12-month series consists of:

• Four quarterly 3-day intensive workshops, each focused on particular topic areas

• In-between each intensive workshop times, you’ll participate in o 2 group webinar sessions with AWE

leaders, content & accountability, 1.5 hours each

o 1 group webinar session with specific content experts, application & reinforcement, 1.5 hrs.

o 1 private coaching webinar session with Freedom Coach, 1 hour

o 4 small accountability group webinar session with Freedom Coach, 1 hour each

o Weekly check-in with your accountability partner

o Facebook group questions & support

The Details The AWE Intensive Workshops take place at the Hyatt House Belmar in Denver, Colorado. Belmar Center is a lovely urban area with plentiful dining, shopping and entertainment options literally steps from the hotel. We have arranged for a special room rate.

All webinar sessions will take place using the Zoom Web Conferencing system. You will need access to a computer with a video camera, along with a headset to use for better sound.

Your investment in the AWE Academy includes:

• All content, workshops, webinar sessions, scheduled coaching sessions and materials.

• Access to the private AWE member site where all session recordings and materials can be downloaded.

• Access to the private Facebook support group.

• Lunch, coffee, tea and snacks during workshop days.

The fee does NOT include:

• Airfare and hotel costs.

• Breakfast or dinner on workshop days (breakfast is included in the hotel rate, however).

• Any additional private coaching sessions with content experts, instructors or Freedom Coaches.

AWE Makeup Policy: Your fee is an investment in the AWE Program, no matter how many sessions you attend. If you miss a session, you may make it up in the following year if that session is offered again. All webinar sessions will be recorded and available for your access. No refunds are available for missed sessions.
