The following is a quick user guide for the ANZ Travel Card portal. We’ll show you how to view your card details, edit your info, check Wallet balances, transfer currencies and lock in exchange rates – all in a few clicks. Simply log in at anz.com/travelcard.

Go to anz.com/travelcard and enter your login details here.

If you are having trouble logging in to the portal, click on “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID.” Alternatively, you can contact us on 1800 094 003. If calling from overseas, please call reverse charge +61 9683 7777.

The Home Page Here you will find your card details, statement due dates and wallet balances.

My Card This section allows you to make changes to your account, right then and there.

Your card details.

Statement due date.

My Card – Recent Transactions You can also easily check your recent transactions.

My Card section – Statements View your current and past statements.

Select a statement from the drop down menu.

If for any reason you need to temporarily lock your card, simply go to the Home Page.

Click this button to lock and unlock your card easily.

My Info From here, you can update your email address, where you live and your contact numbers.

Move Money Wallet to Wallet Transfer is where you can move your money from one currency to another with a few clicks.

A Wallet represents a type of currency loaded onto your ANZ Travel Card.

Moving Money – Transferring currencies

To transfer money, first select your “From Wallet” from the drop down menu.

Then select which Wallet you’d like to send money to and enter amount below it.

You’ll be able to review the current exchange rate before you confirm the transfer.

Moving Money – Reloading Currency To update your default reload currency, click on “Reload Currency”, then select a currency from the drop down menu.

Moving Money – Adding a Wallet Visit this section to add a new Wallet to your Travel Card.

Click on “Reload Currency.”

Click on “Add Wallet.”

Then select one from the drop down menu and click “Save.”

Then select the Wallet currency.

TIPHow many Wallets can I have?

You can have up to 10 Wallets – that’s up to 10 currencies on your ANZ Travel Card. Ideal if you’re travelling to the USA, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand or Japan or around Australia.

Moving Money – Prioritising Wallets Here you can check the priority and status of your Wallets.

Click on “Wallet Priority”
