For 33 years, Glenn Arnold has worked with clients to maximize the value of their

commercial real estate transactions across San Diego County. Through his expertise in

representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers, he has been able to create trusting,

long-term relationships with his clients. Glenn has successfully closed over 1,500

transactions valued at over 1 Billion while specializing in industrial and office owner -

user sales, leasing, and buyer - tenant representation throughout Central San Diego.

Glenn has been named a Top 10 Producer at Cushman & Wakefield for 8 out of the past

10 years. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, swimming

and traveling to exotic locations around the world.

For 12 years, Jeffrey Sallen has provided tenured experience and a diverse skill set to

a carefully selected group of clients. Jeff specializes in industrial and office owner -

user sales, project leasing, and buyer/tenant representation of commercial real estate.

Jeff’s expertise and capabilities in the arena of NNN Investments round out his value in

servicing clients on a national level. Recognized for his wealth of local knowledge and

business presence, Jeff was voted onto the Kearny Mesa Planning Board in 2008 and has

since become President in 2014. Jeff is a member of ProVisors and Professional Men’s

Toastmasters. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys volunteering with the Surfrider Foundation

and traveling the globe in search of perfect surf.
