QUOTE OF THE WEEK

Time doesn’t heal all wounds, God does.

SPONSOR OF THE WEEK

**Insert Ritsch - Keller Williams ad here *

“Jesus raised his eyes to heaven and said…. 'I glorified you on

earth by finishing the work that you gave me to do.’” John 17:4

Christ fulfilled his vocation by finishing the work God gave him. An important part of our stewardship is the discernment of our unique vocation. Stewardship is not just a matter of doing more volunteer work. It is a response to the personal call God makes to each of us -- to fulfill the unique tasks that God has given to

us.

YOUTH MINISTRY

Big Thank You to everyone who donated candy for the Easter Egg Hunt and to Texas Roadhouse for donating coupons for free kids meals! If you are in Texas Roadhouse, thank them! We had over 100 children at the Easter Egg Hunt and it

turned out wonderful!

Also thanks to 3rd Turn Brewery for allowing us to use their place of business, which is an old Church building, to film our

"Louisville, Where Is The Love?" video.

Have you seen St Bernard's Youth Ministry's "Louisville, Where Is the Love?" Facebook page? If you haven't, check it out! Our students are out and about being roving reporters on positive events around Kentucky! If you have something posi-tive happening at your school, place of employment or person-ally, please give Kari Ogle at 502-836-6922 and the youth will be happy to report it! Kids love being on social media, so why

not make it about something positive!!

Are you a grade school or high school student who would like to be a news reporter for our Facebook page? Or are you the parent of a student who would like to be one? It's a great expe-rience for the youth to practice being in front of the camera and learning about broadcasting and how to interview! I work with them ahead of time so that they can be confident when they get in front of the camera. Call or text Kari Ogle at 502-836-

6922 for all the details and to sign up!!

MARRIAGE MOMENTS

Memorial Day. To serve country, spouse, or God is to give your life because of your love. Dying for a good cause is a great sacrifice, but sacrificing time and spending energy in the service of your beloved counts too. Serve

your spouse in an unexpected way today.
