Negotiations Fail: Facing Fact-Finding EAGLE/BERRYESSA/TAHOEThis is a panel presentation representing three separate districts which have had the particular experience of preparing for, and being involved in, the fact-finding process for their districts. Our panel is being joined by School Services of California, Inc., a company uniquely qualified to assist districts with negotiations and fact-finding, and that assisted with two of the three examples to be presented—each district will describe an alternative outcome to their experience, and best practices for preparing for fact-finding will be described.
