A laughing kookaburra, the largest member of the kingfisher species,is synonymous with the Australian bush. In 2016, The Perth Mintreleases three silver bullion coins portraying a kookaburra perched ona fence post amidst an Australian landscape.
Only 500,000 1oz coins will bereleased. No mintage limitapplies to the 1 kilo and10oz coins for 12 months.However, production willclose at the end of 2016and The Perth Mint willdeclare each coin’sofficial mintage.

Only 300,000 1oz coins will be released. No mintage limit applies tothe 1 kilo coin for 12 months. However, production will close at theend of 2016 and The Perth Mint will declare the coin’s official mintage.
