INTRODUCTION Every day we see lot of things

and observe, we talk lot of things and gain many experiences. There are few incidents and experiences stay in our memory without even taking effort to remember.

Well our routine life give us bundle of experiences through which we learn for life. In the matter of learning studying subjects always require certain amount of retrospection which will help students to make their learning better even difficult subjects.

Retrospection is a very effective technique- called as Rote Memory

Which enthuse the person to remember easily all that is learned, when at time need can easily

be recovered from memory.

This technique can be developed by regular practice. This will be very helpful to all the school going children, if this can be done at the early stage children will develop this technique in a great manner, they will have tremendous power of memory.

After having your breakfast, just sit aside for 2 minutes and recall in the same order what you did after you woke up until you had breakfast.

After this exercise all that you need to get ready for the work that you in proceed with your work you need to carry out.

After the lunch, take 2 minutes off to recall what you did between breakfast and lunch again, in the same order as you did.

TIPS NO :5 After you return home, take your

evening snacks, and then recall for 2 minutes what you did between lunch-time and evening snack –time.

In the same way, after dinner, for 2 minutes, recall all that you did between snack- time and dinner.

Finally day ends when you go to bed- at bed time, spend 5 minutes to recall whole day’s work, right form getting up in the morning till bedtime.

Always keep in mind the most important aspect is, While recalling, you should recall the events in the same order as you did – chronological order

This exercise if you could do it for continually for a month, There after it is enough if you do it once for 10 minutes at bed time alone, you will see your memory improving in an unbelievable way.

Objects Recall Technique

Look around at various objects for 2 minutes and recall them in the same time (3min). Do it often. Your Natural Memory improve remarkably.
