Revisions and CancellationsAll requests for changes must be made in writing.

A handling fee of $50 per transaction will be charged for any alteration or revision made to a reservation. A change of tour date or tour itinerary within 60 daysof departure will be treated as a cancellation and new booking; regular cancellation fees apply. Spelling corrections to passengers’ names after reservation maybe subject to space availability, and if after tickets havebeen issued, will be subject to airline fees as well.

All requests for cancellations must be made in writing.

HotelsThe hotels listed in this brochure will be used onalmost all departures. If a change becomes necessaryfor any reason, hotels substituted will be the equivalent of those shown. The per person rates arebased on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room

with private facilities. A limited number of singlerooms (at a supplement) and triple rooms (often, butnot always, at a reduction) are available. Hotel servicecharges and VAT taxes are included in the tour price.

In most cases hotel grades are based on the Local TouristAuthority ratings and our own evaluation. However,with the highly individual character of hotels, differences do arise between hotels of the same grading.Please also bear in mind that European standards are notnecessarily the same as in the USA. A first class rating in the USA usually denotes a higher degree of luxury if compared to European standards. Furthermore, hotelstandards in European countries vary from country tocountry. It is standard policy in Europe that hotelrooms are not available for check-in before 2:00 p.m.

CruisesAs specified in each itinerary, the per person pricesare based on two persons sharing an air-conditioned,inside cabin with two lower beds and private facilities.A limited number of single cabins (at a supplement)and triple cabins (at a reduction) are available. Cabinupgrades are available at a supplement.

TransfersAll transfers, as specified in each itinerary, by car, specialchartered taxi or motorcoach including porterage athotels and cruise ships. Transfers at the beginning andend of the tours are not included when arrival anddeparture dates and/or flight(s) have been changed.

Sightseeing and ExcursionsAs indicated in each itinerary, using motorcoachtransportation or other conveyance when required.Entrance fees to places visited are included and a professional English-speaking guide accompanieseach group on all included tours. Shore excursions on cruises are optional and not included.

MealsLunch or dinner may also be included on certaintours as specified on each itinerary (B - breakfast, L - lunch, D - dinner).

Travelers Needing Special AssistanceAny disability requiring special attention must bereported to Crown Peters Travel Service at the time thereservation is made. Crown Peters will make reasonableattempts to accommodate the special needs of disabledtour members, but is not responsible in the event it isunable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial ofservices by carriers, hotels, restaurants or other inde-pendent suppliers. European touring motorcoaches/minibuses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. The operators cannot be held responsible forany fault or default or negligence by hotels owner orhis employees. The tour operators reserve the rights todecline, to accept or retain any person and to change or cancel the tours, if necessary, for any reasons. Theairline tickets shall when issued, constitute the solecontract between the passenger and the airline. The airline is not to be held responsible for any act,omission or event, when passengers are not on boardits aircraft. Any deposit will represent an acceptationof the above mentioned conditions.
