T H E V I P P L A T F O R MWant to be a part of the action, but still feel like you have a private space for your group? Our VIP Platform section is a perfect area for groups of up to 25 people seated or 40 people reception style. The semi-private raised platform sits in the back corner of the room, with great vistibility to our main stage. This space is popular for smaller groups looking to enjoy a memorable night of dueling pianos without the expense of doing a full buyout. Amenities include wireless internet, televi-sion, private entry and exit, excellent stage views and easy bar access.
The Big Bang Dueling Piano Bar is one of the most unique entertainment venues in Columbus. Weʼre located in the Nationwide Arena District, just a few minutes walk from the Short North. With 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space, The Big Bang can accommodate up to 200 people seated and 300 people reception style. The space is avail-able for full and partial buyouts any night of the week. We offer a variety of bar, catering and entertainment options for any budget, and our event planners will work closely with you to make your event a night your guests will be raving about for months to come.

Whether your event is private or semi-private, we offer a variety of bar options to best suit your needs:
OPEN BAR - If you opt for an open bar, the event host covers the cost of the bar tab, plus gratuity. We can customize this to your budget depending on the amount you would like to spend, what items you would like to offer to your guests, etc.
CASH BAR - Weʼll offer our full bar selection during your event, and guests are responsible for paying for their own drinks.
DRINK TICKETS - Drink tickets are a great option if you want to provide a limited number of drinks for each guests. Our drink tickets are $8 per drink plus gratuity, and include all beers, house wine and call liquor.
E X T R A SAdd that extra special touch to your event with customized specialty cocktails, souvenir tee-shirts, or even
a special song written just for your group! Ask us what we can do to put your event over the top.
B A R C A T E R I N G E N T E R T A I N M E N TThe Big Bang offers a unique entertainment experience that you wonʼt find at any other venue. The Dueling Pianos concept appeals to a vast range of ages and demographics, making it the perfect entertainment option for your corporate group. Our musicians are highly skilled entertainers who have an amazing knack for reading a crowd. They will have your group singing, laughing and dancing-along long before the nightʼs over!
The Big Bang is equipped with a full sound and lighting system, complete with a wireless mic that you will have access to during your private event for speeches, presentations, etc.
If you opt to not have dueling pianos at your event, we have an in-house music system to provide background music of your choosing.
We do not offer in-house catering at The Big Bang Columbus, so you are welcome to work with any local caterer or restaurant that you would like. We have a preffered local caterer that we often work with, and are happy to recommend a number of other restaurants and caterers that weʼve done successful past events with. Just let us know what you are looking for! We will work with your caterer to coordinate the day-of details to make sure that your event goes off seamlessly.

We have a couple of options if you are looking to offer an open bar. The first is an open bar priced on consumption, meaning you will only pay for what your guests consume, plus gratuity. Our full bar will be available for your guests. If you would like to place limitations on how much you are going to spend, or what items you would like to be included in the open bar, we can customize that however you would like.
The second open bar option is an open bar package, where you pay a flat rate per person, plus gratuity. We have several packages available depending on what you are looking to spend.
Our s t andard drink tickets are $8 each, plus gratuity. Your guests can use their tickets to purchase any beer, house wine or call-level liquor cocktails. If you are interested in offering premium liquor or specialty items with your drink tickets, ask your event planner about special ticket pricing. You can design your own drink ticket, or we can privide tickets for you upon arrival.
With our cash bar option, a full bar will be available for your guests to order what theyʼd like. Guests will be responsible for purchasing their own beverages.
