Shipping Damage Dealer ResponsibilityWe need to ask for your assistance in dealing with damages received on items that are received via UPS, FedEx, or by any common carrier. If any item is received by you and it is damaged, you must retain all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping company. If the packaging, both internal and external, is not available, we are unable to file a claim with the shipping company.We have seen an increase in the amount of damage reported after the packaging material has been discarded. In these cases, we are not receiving credit from the shipping company for the cost of the damaged product. In the future, we will be unable to warranty items reported damaged by UPS, FedEx, or a common carrier if the packaging material has been discarded. Thank you for your attention to this important issue.
Mouser Custom CabinetrySignature Hardware Literature
In mid-November, Mouser Custom Cabinetry’s new Signature Hardware Collection program was introduced. We have added many new selections to our hardware offering as well as incorporating many new designs, finishes, and size options to accentuate today’s popular design selections. Expanding on a decorative hardware program with a total of 94 selections and 20 appliance pull options, our new program includes over 230 decorative hardware selections and over 50 appliance pulls in the Mouser Signature Hardware Collection. The groups of hardware designs are available in a number of popular finishes with each finish exhibited on one of the three display boards.
Each set of contoured hardware sample boards was designed to selectively organize the 400 series, 500 series and 600 series hardware collection samples. The hardware presentation boards are Natural finished Maple with an overall collective size of 46” wide X 26” high. The 400 series hardware selections are displayed on the left board with the 500 series displayed on the center board and the 600 series hardware selections displayed on the right board. The 700 series appliance pulls and oversized pulls for pantry and small appliances are available with their featured hardware family groups.
Included in the Mouser Signature Hardware Collection
program are appliance pulls ranging in size from 6” to 15”, numerous hardware designs and styles, 29 hardware finishes, and contemporary pieces selected specifically with PRIZMA EuroStyle cabinetry in mind.
The Mouser Custom Cabinetry logo has been screen printed in red at the top of each board with identifying family groups and individual nomenclature screen printed in black beneath each hardware piece on all three boards. Price points are noted by the letter in front of the part number: “A”, “B”, “C”, “D” or “E”, with “A” representing the
no- charge hardware pieces. Each hardware board is pre-drilled for flush mount brackets for mounting the boards.
The hardware selections included in the Mouser Signature Hardware Collection were chosen to accentuate the door styles and finishes and provide an exquisite “finishing touch” to beautifully designed kitchens, baths, and other room cabinetry applications.

New Guidelines Implemented forCatalyzing Our Solid Color Materials
Several Mouser Dealerships have requested that we no longer pre-catalyze the pints and quarts of our solid color materials used for job-site finishing applications. Beginning December 15, 2008, when pints or quarts of any of our solid colors are ordered, the solid color material and catalyst will be shipped in two separate containers. The two containers will be labeled (A) and (B). Container A is the actual solid color paint and container B is the catalyst/hardener. The paint and catalyst are pre-measured to a specific ratio and are intended to be mixed and used completely, allowing the material to be useful for a one-to-two day time period. If the catalyzed paint is used at different times during this one-to-two day
period, the paint will need to be mixed for a minimum of 1 minute before each use. Do not try to use a portion of each material or attempt to hold some back for later use.
These changes will provide greater flexibility when using paint for in-home finishing applications. No changes will be made to the touch up vials with attached touch up brush, or to the spray cans we currently offer. Mouser Custom Cabinetry’s Finishing Touch
In our current high tech, fast paced society, many consumers are looking for a softer color palette to create that warm relaxing haven in their home. With this theme in mind, Mouser is excited to introduce four new solid colors for 2009! Seaglass is a soft, spa blue providing the soothing environment needed for busy consumers to relax at the end of their day. The soft, neutral tone of Latte’ is a beige tone that has just a hint of yellow and envelopes a room in warmth and elegance. Celadon’s earthy, natural tone has just a hint of green blending with any décor from traditional to contemporary and is right at home in a farmhouse environment. As it’s name implies, Buttercup, is a soft yellow that brings a bright, happy feel to any room.
Alone, these colors add many design options, but don’t forget to couple them with any of our five Glaze Choice options. A Bourbon glaze applied to Celadon softens the color providing an even more inviting environment. And applying a Lime glaze to Seaglass may provide that ocean feel to create that vacation atmosphere the homeowner is trying to achieve. A helpful hint when ordering the Glaze Choice on any solid color is to consider using 10 Flat as the sheen option. The 10 Flat creates a softer feel to your glazed solid color selection.

Four New Solid Colors
Expanded Glacier Finish OptionsWe are very excited to be expanding our Glacier Finish Options! Our Glacier finish is a brushstroke technique applied to a solid color. Previously, we have offered a Warm Brown glaze on Eggshell, Linen, Sahara, and W hite solid colors. We are expanding the program to allow the Glacier effect to be applied to any Maple Solid Color!To make your design options even more limitless, we are also adding three new Glacier finish options. In addition to Warm Brown, you may also select from a Black, Dark Brown or White/Limed color for the Glacier brushstrokes.Each of the four Glacier Elect colors creates a different effect impacting the color and appearance of the Solid Color selected. Black has the most dramatic impact, becoming the dominate color when applied. Dark Brown provides a bolder appearance of the brushstrokes. The Warm Brown is a subtle effect that becomes visible when viewed from six to eight feet away from the cabinetry.
The White Glacier Elect color impacts the darker solid colors with an exciting contrast, while appearing more subtle on the lighter tones. White will not be visible on all solid colors, so the offering is limited: consult the 2009 Price and Specification catalog for availability. Since the base color may be dramatically impacted by the application of the Glacier Elect technique, the consumer must view a preview door prior to releasing any order with the Glacier Elect technique to production. To avoid delays with the order, you may order the preview door prior to placing the order for your cabinetry. The cost of the preview door will be credited if the cabinetry order is placed within 120 days of production of the preview door.This is an excellent opportunity to add a few new S-1 or S-4 Samples to your showroom! Use your imagination to select a few Glacier Elect combinations and place an order for your unique Glacier Elect S-1 or S-4 Samples today!
Two New Stain FinishesWith the trend towards browner tones, we are pleased to be incorporating two new finishes. Mesquite, a new finish available on Cherry, is a deep, rich finish with that brown tone so often desired on Cherry. This finish creates an elegant atmosphere to be utilized in the kitchen, master bath, or even in that old world office design. Caribou, a new finish available on Maple, is a medium brown finish creating a neutral back drop in any design concept. Each finish utilizes a black glaze to create the final tone that may be visible as hang up in some of the more intricate door and drawer styles. Watch for S-9 Sample Blocks being sent in each of the two new stain finishes.
Charcoal & Graphite Wood Specie Expansion
Charcoal and Graphite have proven to be two very popular finishes. We will be expanding Charcoal and Graphite to include the Quarter Sawn White Oak Wood Specie. These dark finishes provide a beautiful tone when applied to Quarter Sawn White Oak. For a dramatic effect, consider coupling either Charcoal or Graphite with Liming under the new Grain Highlight Program. This combination creates a one-of-a-kind look that is eye catching and may be that exotic look your Client desires.
Mouser Custom Cabinetry has expanded our finish program to include four new solid colors, two new stain finishes, an expanded Glacier Elect Option, and a wood specie expansion for Charcoal and Graphite. In addition to these changes, we have introduced a new Grain Highlight Program for Quarter Sawn White Oak. Glassboro Lumber & Kitchens New Field, NJ

Founded in 1987 by Jerry and Diane Villecco, Glassboro Lumber was a very successful lumber, decking and framing business. Quarter Sawn White Oak Grain Highlight Program
Part of the beauty of the Quarter Sawn White Oak wood specie is the unique grain pattern produced by quartering the log then cutting the quarter, producing a straight grain pattern in the wood. To accentuate the beauty of the pattern, we are introducing a Grain Highlight Program for use on any finish in Quarter Sawn White Oak.
With the program, you have the choice of applying one of three glaze colors to any of the catalog finishes available on Quarter Sawn White Oak. The glaze is applied and then wiped off as clean as possible to minimize the hang up in the corners and crevices, but allowed to highlight the grain pattern of the wood. The amount of hang up will vary depending upon the intricacy of the door and drawer front style selected. The three glaze choices
used to highlight are: Black, Pewter, and Limed.
The application of this technique may significantly change the appearance of the base color selected, therefore the consumer must view a preview door prior to releasing any order with the Grain Highlight Program to production. For the past several years cabinet applications throughout the modern American home have experienced a transformation from kitchens with a singular purpose, to evolving into complete functional living environments designed for the entire home. Today’s kitchens have grown from a room designed solely around functionality, to a place that reflects and expresses the Clients own personal style as well. In many instances the incorporation of decorative embellishments into the kitchen space design is as important as the functional aspect of the work areas themselves.
In order to provide greater design options for the Designer and Client, Mouser Custom Cabinetry has expanded the Embellishment section of our 2009 Price and Specification Catalog with the introduction of our Decorative Bracket Support Program. This new program has added several new bracket designs to the current bracket selections. Many cabinetry designs do not warrant a highly-detailed, carved corbel or bracket, but might require an option to complement the client’s cabinetry theme and selection.
No longer limited to “basic” bracket designs, we have introduced exciting new designs that range from Traditional to Contemporary to Transitional to Arts and Crafts with a multitude of shapes, recessed areas and cutouts. In addition to the listed design options, there are also many available options in various increments of width, height, and thickness. Widths and heights range from 4” X 4” to 15” X 15” with thickness ranging from 3/4” to 4”. Most of the new bracket designs are available with 3/4” thick cleats that are 1” wider than the bracket thickness. The cleats may be omitted by noting the order form.

Decorative Bracket Support / Corbel Program
In our 2009 catalog, we are introducing a new program for our Island Work Tables. This program allows you to pick the individual components of your customers’ Island Work Table, thus allowing a customized design. Worksheets are included with the 2009 catalogs that allow selections of each component to be easily noted. These worksheets are then to be submitted with the kitchen order.
There are now several options for the table design, the floor design, the left and right ends, and even the interior back of these cabinets. Not only are there multiple configurations for the table design, but there are options to do a slatted floor with our slat board or even a slotted floor with solid wood slats spaced 1” apart. The left and right ends of the cabinets and the interior backs of these cabinets now have the option to use our Groove panel, our Bead Board 1-1/2” or 3” centers, or even our Slatboard. Also, we have increased our spindle options from our current selection of seven
spindles to an impressive twelve spindles, including three new styles. Based on the quantity of options that are now available for selection, the design possibilities with these cabinets are endless!
In addition to opening the door to customization of these units, we have added an Island End Cabinet and a Vanity Console Table. The Island End Cabinet gives an easy solution to capping the end of an island. The Vanity Console Tables offer a trend-setting solution to those looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind vanity cabinet. The Vanity Console Tables are located in the Vanity Cabinet section of the catalog, while all of the Island Work Tables and the Island End Cabinet remain in the Base Cabinet section.

Twenty-three years ago Matt Tucker was born in South Carolina to a military family. Since then, he has called many places home including St. Louis and Washington DC. Eleven years ago Matt moved to Elizabethtown, Kentucky in order to be closer to his family.
Prior to joining the extended family at Mouser Custom Cabinetry, Matt’s primary focus was college and various retail positions he held while pursuing his education. Matt joined the Mouser team in June of 2005. Since then, he has spent all of his time in the Work-Up Department. During the work-up stage, Matt reviews each item on the order while comparing layouts, elevations and drawings. He then enters the order into the Mouser software. Matt also makes note of any design or construction issues he finds during this process. He generates a technical review to address these issues. At the order release stage, Matt makes any necessary changes to the order and provides a final audit of the entire order to ensure accuracy.
Away from the office, Matt enjoys a wide variety of recreational hobbies and summer outdoor activities that include hiking, swimming, and paint ball. When the weather gets cold, Matt’s activities lean toward the inside activities of watching Hockey, playing video games and hanging out with his four legged friends (a dog, a frog, two lizards and two rats). Activities outside work also include traveling, working out at the gym, building computers, and the restoration of a 1970 Ford Mustang.
Matt recently purchased several acres of land where he plans to build a home and start a family with his girlfriend (soon to be wife) Kristen.
During his time at Mouser, Matt has learned a great deal about the cabinet industry as well as NKBA Design guidelines. He has a strong knowledge of the Mouser product lines, cabinet construction, and general kitchen design. To receive this service, you must write 14-day Finish-up in the requested ship week area of the order form. We will determine if we can meet the request and acknowledge accordingly.
7-Day Finish-up Service7-day Finish-up service may be requested for items that are simple to produce, completely manufactured by Mouser Custom Cabinetry and were listed on the original order in the incorrect size or quantity. Complex items or multiple pieces will require the 14-day finish up service. Please reference the original work order number when applicable to allow us to verify items ordered are correct when replacing existing items. Some items do not qualify for this 7-day Finish-up service due to extended lead-times required for those items. The 7-day Finish-up Service is not available when mouldings, appliance panels, or wainscot panels were not ordered and produced with the original order.
48-Hour Quick Ship Service48-hour Quick Ship Service is available for non-manufactured items we stock, such as care kits, door and drawer pulls, drawer slides, sample fronts, color blocks, unfinished wood knobs, decorative woodcarvings, leaded glass, special order items, extended production door styles, etc.
When requesting orders with any of our expedite lead times, if items ordered require different lead-times, we will assign all items the lead time of the item(s) with the longest schedule. If you wish to receive the items at different times, please use separate order forms for the various items and specify the specific lead times you require on each order. Requests made to separate orders after we have acknowledged them cannot be honored.
