giving , he does not understand that God can return what he gives away, he is a beggar spiritually

HE DOES NOT NAME IT AND CLAIM IT, HE

ALREADY KNOWS HE OWNS IT IN CHRIST AND WAITS FOR GOD TO GIVE SIGNAL TO RELEASE IT

THROUGH HIM.
