“It is very simple; He saw the innate hidden

aspirations in his people - to be equal. And to

bring that aspiration to reality - he struggled. Till

he - got success.”

“I loved everything about this book and the lessons it imparted about listening to the

messages around you and not ignoring the voice inside you. This is one of those

books you have to read time and time again.”

“I like to reread Covey's book every year because it's a chance

to reflect and think of one good habit to add and one bad one to

remove from my life. Year by year I see improvement by living

the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People.”

“Atlas Shrugged may well be one of the most hated, or most

loved and influential books, depending on your viewpoint.

Personally, I don’t believe the novel deserved some of the

harsh reviews critics has lavished on it. Rand was a good

writer who skillfully used fiction to promote her Objectivist

philosophy. She was a bit ahead of her time, but also very

much a woman of her time. There is much to admire about

her, and also much to disagree with. “

"I read Les Misérables when about 11, and have reread it

every few years since for almost 40 years. It teaches us the

importance of justice, redemption, words with actions,

commitment and endurance, faithfulness and love. And it's a

great story."

“Lincoln's understanding of people, of the necessity to listen, to bring divergent opinions

into the conversation and take decisive action on what he learned are all things we

should learn from ourselves. A brilliant book and lesson.”

“As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. It's a short,

pithy read advocating a change in thought

process to change outcome. A pioneer book in

self help which has been a book of empowerment

and insight for me; I sing it's effectiveness

whenever I can!”
