grana cheese in the Venetian plain.
In 1945 Burro delle Alpi - S.A.B.A. is a
founding member of the Associazione Italiana
Lattiero Casearia - Assolatte.
1954Brazzale enters since the foundation in the
Consorzio di Tutela del Formaggio Grana
Padano with serial number VI 601. Brazzale
family grows.
1962Roberto - Gianni - Piercristiano Brazzale

1965Burro delle Alpi builds in Zanè the new butter
factory industry, the most modern in Italy.
1968In Campodoro stands construction of a new
dairy for the production of Grana Padano, serial
number PD 703, of the processing capacity of
over 100,000 liters per day, implementation of
pig farm for 15,000 head.
1970Cascina Conca d'Oro in Grisignano di Zocco is
the new herd of dairy cows in the group that, by
tradition, during the summer pastures on the
Asiago plateau.

1972In Campidoglio Burro delle Alpi receives the
Golden Mercury Award from the hands of the
Prime Minister, on. Giulio Andreotti.
1980Alpilatte identifies the brand-name line of
products milk, cream and yoghurt made with
UHT technology.
