Background

The Republic of Singapore is situated at the lower tip of the Malayan Peninsula in south-east Asia, and

consists of the main island of Singapore and some

60 islets. The total land area, including the offshore islands, is 685.4 square kilometres. The population

Initial Public Offerings (IPO)

Tricor Barbinder assists companies throughout the entire IPO process with a comprehensive package

of support services. Our job scope under an IPO

process would include:

• Assisting companies to arrange for share

certificates, share seal and facsimile signature plates for use on share certificates

• Assisting existing shareholders to lodge their shares into their securities accounts with CDP
