The Business Problem

• Business needs to regularly interact with multiple agencies - 3 levels of government regulating different aspects of business

• The difficulty for business was finding forms online & the time taken to complete and manage the transactions

• Government agencies wanted greater take-up of online & downloadable forms

• Businesses needed a discovery & management system for online forms

government forms and applications– currently has nearly 5500 government forms registered

and has approximately 37,000 registered users– XML based - Protocols for profile passing and pre-filling

forms, online history & search functionality add value
