Matt began his career with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in 2000 upon completing his M.B.A. in Finance.! Matt has earned!certifications as a Senior Investment Management Specialist and Financial Planning Specialist.! His broad financial background and strong commitment to client service has been!in-valuable to!his clients, which include affluent individuals, families, corporate executives, and business owners.

Matt focuses on a comprehensive wealth management process, which includes developing a financial plan!cus-tomized to each client’s goals,!tailoring a prudent asset allocation strategy, and continuing to review the plan and moni-tor the progress on an ongoing basis.! In addition to the!design and implementa-tion!of prudent investment strategies,

Matt also concentrates in retirement, education, and estate planning, for the complex needs of his clients.! Matt has also developed an extensive knowledge in the area of Corporate Stock Option Planning.

As an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, as well as an NCAA Division I wrestler, Matt remains involved with The Penn State Alumni Society as well as The Penn State Wresting Program, and is a board member on The Penn State York Advi-sory Board.! Matt is a lifelong resident of York and!is actively involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters of York County, The Special Olympics, The Rotary Club of York and was previously on the board of the Dallastown Area Dollars For Scholars.

As a Financial Planning Specialist, Seth focuses primarily on retirement, estate, education, insurance, and financial plan-ning. With Seth’s innovative approach in portfolio structure and management, he creates a customized plan for each client and develops effective strategies to obtain their financial goals.

Seth attained his BS in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. He belongs to The Penn State Alumni As-sociation and is actively involved in Habitat for Humanity. Seth strives in giving back to the local community. He enjoys spending time with his family, and participating in outdoor activities and sporting events.

Becky!began working with The Cala-bretta Group in the summer of 2000.! She has served as Senior Registered Client Service Associate since its inception.

Becky has multifaceted duties, which comprise ensuring that clients’ issues and accounts are addressed with per-sonal attention and care, coordinat-ing!overall day-to-day operations, as well as!increasing client service quality.!

Becky is Series 7 and 63 licensed.! She is a graduate of York College of PA with a degree in Business Manage-ment and Administration.! Becky is a team member for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.

These four steps were developed to achieve that goal:

1 Setting your financial objectives Through a process of discovery and discussion, we will work with you to articulate your aims for your wealth. If you prefer to invest in individual securities, we can help identify specific stocks, bonds and other securities that may be suitable for your portfolio. Whatever approach we decide on, we will help you keep your strategy on track.
