Candlelight Estate shares boundary with NNPC Cooperative Mega Estate @ Ogombo.

Plot sizes/Title: There are a total of 30 plots remaining. Full plot sizes are 60m x 120m.  

Price/Plot: Each plot within Candlelight Estate costs Three Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N3.5m), plus other sundry charges for agreement signing, surveys, etc.

From Abraham Adesanya Estate: Drive ten (10) minutes @ 60 km/h on the tarred road to Ogombo Town to Candlelight estate.

From Golden Park Estate Sangotedo: Drive seven (7) minutes to Candlelight Estate, Ogombo.
