He is a thirty-six year old police officer with the personality of atwelve-year old. He is extremely lazy when it comes to dowork, but becomes energetic when it comes to earn money. Heis very fond of playing video games and making plastic modelsand eventually end up spending all his salary in all this stuff(sometimes in horse-racing) in other to beg before hiscolleagues for food. He always wears a pair of ratty sandals evenin uniform, and he makes his rounds on a creaky old bicycle.Despite his undisciplined lifestyle, he possesses superhumanstrength and stamina, which he is forced to depend on at times.

It is short, chubby, rodent-like and has yellow fur all over itsbody. Its ears are long and come to a point with black tips. Ithas a small mouth, it has black eyes and two red circles onits cheeks. Its forearms are short and somewhat stubby,with 5 digits on each "hand" and its feet have three digits. Ithas two brown stripes on its back, and a Zigzag-styled tail.Its female counterpart has v-shaped "dent" at the end of itstail and also has slightly longer ears.

Living in forested areas, it often are found foragingfor berries and they especially like Oran Berries.

One day he fell on a tiger and knocked him out andpeople started thinking he is a very courageousman. He is scared of animals and always tries torun away from dangerous animals. But due to somestroke of luck he ends up as an animal catcher inthe world's eyes.

He was created to compete against Moochwalafrom Target.
