MAC & CHEESE PLEASE…. THANKSGIVING MEAL AT THE HUB

Once again on Thanksgiving Day, Chapin Pres will do their part to provide and deliver meals to those in need in our community as a community effort with our fellow churches in the Chapin area. Over 400 meals will be delivered. We will continue to provide the 15-17 macaroni and cheese dishes baked in large rectangular serving

dishes or you can use Stouffers large macaroni and cheese. They need to be delivered hot and ready to the HUB community center by 9:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day. Any and all are welcome to come that day and help serve up

meals to be delivered and stay to deliver them. We usually finish by noon if not earlier. Please call Dolly Mont-gomery ASAP at 345-1957 or 917-6089 to volunteer to help make Thanksgiving special for others.

If you know of anyone who needs a meal, please let us know. We look forward to the great response we have had in previous years!

TREASURE SEEKERZ memory verse: “I am the God of Abraham, your father.

Fear not, for I am with you and will bless you and multiply your offspring for

my servant Abraham’s sake.” —Genesis 26:24

Preschool version: “I am the God of Abraham, your father. Fear not, for I

am with you.”

We continue our study of Abraham’s family as we read about Jacob returning home this week and

God giving him a new name, in Genesis 32-33. Next Sunday we will begin our journey through the life

of Joseph from Genesis 37-41. I hope you will come at 9:15 AM, and bring a friend!

The hanging of the greens is this Sunday from 3:00-5:00 PM, and we will put up

ornaments made by the children on the tree in the family center. I hope your family can

come help us decorate!

Our TREASURE SEEKERZ party is planned for this Wednesday, November 18, 6:30 PM at

Chapin Christian Gymnastics. FREE for HISKIDZ who know their verses and only $5.00 for anyone

who doesn’t. This is a fun family night as we celebrate memorizing our verses and everyone is invited!

We will have cupcakes, drinks, and fun times jumping together!

I love you! See you Sunday! —Mrs. Jackie
