In 1989 : 10 cities gathered to found the Club2009 : a network of 1000 members
including 3 Regional districts and 3 counties
Since its creation :
it developed an active collaboration with the CERTU, a government center of research for roads and national development
Nowadays :
A reknown technical know-how largely spread through medias
A major think tank for knowhow and experience sharing
Organisation of events in partnership such as meetings, congresses
Publications
A valid representative with governement and local authorities, transportation
professionals and Medias
