hangers with the

lowest possible cost

Constant

Hangers

They are used when the large vertical

pipeline displacement doesn' t allow the use

of variable load Spring Hangers (S.H.). In

fact, S.H. would charge the pipeline with

“ additional load” due to high deviation

between operating and erection load, so

causing the possible damaging of the

pipework system. Each C.H. is calibrated to

show a constant load throughout its whole

working range, balancing the weight of the

pipeline

Hydraulic

Shock and

Sway

Suppressors

They are used to prevent damages due to

earthq uake, flow pulsation, pipe rupture or

safety valve blow-off. By the use of the

Hydraulic Shock and Sway Suppressor the

occurring pipe movements are minimiz ed.

Unlike a simple viscous damper, the Shock

and Sway Suppressor will not restrain

normal thermal movement and vibration

resulting in a piston velocity lower than the

locking velocity.

V ariable

Spring

Hangers

They are used where vertical movements of

the piping are not allowed to be restricted by

rigid hangers. The Variable Spring Hanger

consists of a pre-compressed spring coil in

a cylindrical casing, with a load-and travel

indicator. Variable Spring Hangers are

designed to enable an adjustment of the

distance between Variable Spring Hanger

and pipe or eq uipment connection.

Accessories(Pipe Clamp,

Saddle, Turnbuckle,

Clevis, Eye Nut, etc)

They are used as connection between pipe

and hanger and between hanger and

construction. Rigid supports are consisting

of accessories only. The design of the

accessories which are connected directly

with the piping or which are subjected to

temperature influences due to medium

pipe/convection-temperature is based upon

the hot yield strength. Compared with the

medium temperature the design

temperatures can be reduced.
