The refund will include the remaining amounts for 2000 & 2001 and 25% of 2016. as capital. The amount in your account is based on the amount of service you had with our company. Capital credit checks are mailed to custom- ers who had active service during each year paid out in the refund. Checks are mailed to the last known address. Please stay in touch if you move so we have your most current address.

Seasonal Rates AvailableSummer is not over but fall will be here before we know it. When you are planning on closing up the cabin or sum-mer home, keep in mind you can put your services with us on a seasonal disconnect we call Vacation Rate. With Vacation Rate, your internet and cable TV services are temporarily discon-nected with no monthly charge while you are away. When re-turning, there is a $25 recon-nect charge for each service.
Phone service is temporarily disconnected while away, too. You pay half of your monthly local line and residential access charge each month. This re-serves your phone number and allows you to reconnect with no charge.
