THE CREPS
Ingredients:
250grams of floor½ litre of milk3 eggs1 spoon of oil1 spoon of Grand Marnier.
The first thing we must do
Mix the floor with eggs and the spoon of oil.
The second stage Add the milk little by little on the floor and mix.
The third stage
Add 1 spoon or 2 spoons of Grand Marnier.
The fourth stage
Put a little oil on the frying pan.
The fifth stagePut 1 ladle of mixure and move the frying to spread the mixure it.
The sixth stageCook the crep for the two side. Add a little sugar and eat it.
