4 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 2. Abstract / summary

2. Abstract / summary

In this whitepaper we - the Robin Green AG team - introduce our ideas on how we wish to revolutionize

the Craft Beer and Franchise Market using the blockchain technology.

Our strategy consists of three components:

1. On 1/7/2018 we will introduce a crypto currency, the CraftCoin (CRA), which was developed

especially for the Craft Beer market. This token will enormously facilitate the payment transactions

for the beer trade. Due to the high import and export volume, the need for quick and secure

payment transactions is high and the CraftCoin should therefore develop into the main currency for

the beer trade.

2. We have already demonstrated with our Berliner Schwarze and Kraftbier beers to understand beer

brewing. With our latest beer creation Crypto we will introduce together with the tokens a beer to

the market, which is closely affiliated with the blockchain technology. In the crown cap of the beer a

code is located which can be decrypted by our app and transformed into CraftCoin. When buying the

beer one therefore simultaneously purchases crypto currency with which private consumers are

brought closer to the blockchain phenomenon in a “tasty” manner.

3. If the tokens sale is successfully completed, we will open a CraftCoin bar in Berlin called CryptoBar:

the location where blockchain and beer lovers meet each other. This bar firstly acts as a flagship

store for our beer products and the CraftCoin, but also offers an attractive restaurant concept.

Furthermore, it has potential for additional turnover: We want to offer this concept as franchise in

order to accelerate turnover-dependent participation in the expansion of the CryptoBar chain by

means of franchise fees.

5 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 3. The ecosystem / the industry

3. The ecosystem / the industry

3.1 The beer market

The beer market in Germany

In 2015, Germans consumed ca. 79.49 million hectolitres of beer - produced by 1,388 beer breweries.

The consumption has been declining for years (ca. -0.7% per annum). 16.6% of the output is exported

and ca. 6.8% imported. The worldwide beer production amounts to almost 2 billion hectolitres. The

largest beer producer in the world is China, followed by the USA and Brazil. Germany holds the 4th place.

The market segment of alcoholic beverages amounted to around 56.8 billion euros in 2011. Of those ca.

19% is hard liquor.

The share of beer mixed beverages is at ca. 4.5% according to the German Brewers Union (Deutscher

Brauer-Bund).

In Germany there are ca. 1,388 breweries nationwide, of which ca. 50% are so-called micro-breweries

with an annual output up to 1,000 hectolitres.

Page 6: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

6 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 3. The ecosystem / the industry

The 10 largest German beer brewers are: 1. Radeberg, on 2nd place come Anheuser-Busch with brands

such as Beck, Franziskaner, Hasseröder, Giebels, Gilde Löwenbräu at 12.4 million hl. Third place is for

Oettinger with 8.8 million hl, 4th place Bitburger 7.4 million hl, 5th place Krombacher with 6.5 million hl,

place 6 Brau Holding, place 7 Warsteiner, place 8 Carlsberg, 9 Veltins and 10 Frankfurter Brauhaus with

2.25 million hl.

In the year 2010 the per capita consumption of beer in German was on average around 107.4 litres. A

European comparison teaches us that only in the Czech Republic per capita more beer is consumed. The

long-term trend shows however that the consumption tendency is falling.

There are ca. 5,000 beer brands. One problem is that these are almost exclusively known locally. Ca.

1.6% of the beer market consists of dark beer (Schwarzbier).

The market share of Craft Beer in the USA rose in the years from 1999 through 2014 from 2.5% to 12.5%.

The increase of the Craft Beer share in Germany is prognosticated equally, whereby at the moment there

are no reliable statistics. The reason for that is that the American definition of Craft Beer cannot be

applied one-on-one to Germany. The business portal bier.de (specialist journalist H. Latz-Weber)

estimates the German Craft Beer market at 3-4 million hl.

An ousting competition with lowering per capita consumption and ever more aggressive price actions of

the trade prevails.

3.2 The Craft Beer market

A global trend for higher-quality consumption goods and drinks can be observed. The amount of

consumers that attach great value to quality and origin of the products is ever growing. So-called “Craft

Beers“, creations of small brewing companies are ever more in demand. This new generation of

breweries is inspired by ancient, traditional recipes and brewing procedures - but it does not set any

limits to their creativity when it comes to producing intensive and new or different aromas. For the

brewing process they use the most modern standards that guarantee constant quality. Outside Germany

this trend has been around longer. The USA were one of the pioneers of a movement that is currently

developed mostly indeed, together with Italy. Countries like Belgium, Japan, England and Scotland

celebrate a beer culture as well though, which can be compared with our sublime and well-known

understanding of good wine. The dark beer share is rising as well.

The Craft Beer share on the German market is estimated at 4%.

7 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 3. The ecosystem / the industry

3.3 Ecosystem crypto currencies und CraftCoin

Since the first blockchain of Bitcoin in the year 2009 we know crypto currencies and the blockchain

protocol with its consensus method and that of decentralization.

Meanwhile many other coins, tokens and blockchains have emerged.

On 3/3/2018 Coinmarketcap lists 1,534 types with a total market capitalization to the amount of ca. 465

billion US$ at a Bitcoin dominance with 41.8%.

Typical classification criteria for virtual currencies are market capitalization, daily turnover, amount of

participants, amount of transactions and technical details such as: block size, time in which the blocks are

closed, anonymity and transaction charges.

3.4 Ecosystem franchise/system gastronomy

According to the German Franchise Organization (Deutscher Franchiseverband), in 2016 there were 950

franchisers in Germany and close to 120,000 franchisees with almost 700,000 employees. The turnover

thereby rose from €32.2 billion to €103.9 billion in 2016.

22% of the franchises belong to the categories gastronomy, tourist industry and leisure time.

Franchising (especially in gastronomy) is a very popular concept for business founders in Germany,

because of which there is a large number of potential franchisees. The challenge will mostly be to quickly

show with our flagship CryptoBar in Berlin that the concept works.

3.5 Beer competition

An analysis of the competitive situation in the classic beer field shows that with regard to immediate

competitors, there are numerous, mostly small Craft Beer brewers that offer their beer in Berlin. These

are namely:

● Braufaktum (belongs to Radeberger Konzern)

● BRLO, of the Braukunst Gastro Berlin GmbH

● Stone Brauerei, a large American group of companies that now brews and sells Craft Beer in

Berlin. The specialty of Stone is that it only supplies its beer in cans.

Page 8: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

8 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 3. The ecosystem / the industry

3.6 Franchise competitors

The franchises with the strongest turnover in system gastronomy are Starbucks, McDonald’s, Burger

King, Nordsee, Vapiano, and KFC, which attain more than half of the branch’s turnover. In the bar sector

franchises are not common, as a result of which there are no direct competitors there.

Direct competitors are therefore local restaurants that offer a similar food concept as well as Craft Beer

bars. Restaurants with a larger variety of Craft Beers are on the other hand almost non-existent.

3.7 Competitors crypto currency

The CraftCoin (CRA) is competing with other tokens. The option of an alternative payment method is

provided for by many other coins and tokens (for example: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Dash), as well

as the function of value saving.

Those other crypto currencies have high market capitalizations, daily turnovers, and numerous

transactions with many network participants.

The CraftCoin (CRA) as classic utility token is based on the Ethereum blockchain. Its field of use is

focussed on the Craft Beer and CryptoBar market. It represents an innovation, a marketing effect and a

competitive advantage.

Uniting the functions of this virtual currency with the functions of a wallet in the app makes the

CraftCoin into an experience for Craft Beer lovers and enables, via posting beer images on Facebook and

Instagram, viral marketing and dynamic attention.

A central function of the CraftCoin (CRA) is therefore to entice a huge mass of people with the option

and advantages of the blockchain and the virtual currency and to explain it playfully.

Page 9: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

9 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 4. The products CraftCoin (CRA) and Crypto

4. The products CraftCoin (CRA) and Crypto

4.1 CraftCoin

The CraftCoin (CRA) is a digital crypto currency that makes it possible that with the aid of a digital token

we can give our customers a voucher and therewith increase the demand for this special product. In that

way the voucher philosophy opens a new dimension.

With our CraftCoins (CRA) we canalize the Craft Beer movement and aim for the growing attention for

our Craft Beer Crypto. The joint food branch, especially the beer market, is international and thrives on

import and export. A crypto currency makes handling more profitable, more secure and faster. CraftCoin

thus simplifies worldwide trade, whereas a digital currency is already international by its nature.

The CraftCoin ( CRA) is a so-called crypto currency, similar to the Bitcoin. Our token is an ERC20, which

was initialized by the Robin Green AG. This concerns a decentralized blockchain-based token. Its

technology is based on open-source-software from Ethereum. Coins can thus be securely, quickly and

profitably transferred worldwide, 24/7. Standardized procedures, so-called “smart contracts” are typical

Page 10: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

means of use as well. As a result, with the aid of computer protocols contracts can be concluded,

checked or the settlement of a contract can be technically supported.

CraftCoins can later be exchanged against other tokens at decentralized stock exchanges such as

Etherdelta.

The tokens sale starts on 1/7/2018 with a two-week early subscriber’s discount of 20%.

The issuing price of a CraftCoin will be ca. 1 Euro in Ether or Bitcoin on 1/7.

4.2 Crypto: the "encrypted" Craft Beer

The world of crypto currencies is not our only passion. In 2016 we brewed our first own Craft Beer with

the Berliner Schwarze and placed it in the market, exciting beer lovers all over Germany. During the past

year, with the Kraftbier (Craft Beer) our next beer creation followed, and now we have come up with

something special that befits the introduction of the CraftCoin: Crypto - the unofficial beer of the

blockchain Craft Beer revolution.

First and foremost Crypto is an extremely tasty Craft Beer for beer lovers. Clear, cold-hopped ale: a

SMASH. This abbreviation stands for Single Malt and Single Hop. Only clear Vienna malt and the

extraordinary Amarillo hops are used for this beer. Brewed in Berlin in accordance with the German

Reinheitsgebot or Beer Purity Law, top-cropping with only 3.5% alcohol. Because of the hops it has a

unique taste and smell.

The target group for this exquisite specialty consists of experienced beer lovers and the trend-aware

scene of techno guys, geeks, hackers, programmers and crypto-interests.

Page 12: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

12 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 4. The products CraftCoin (CRA) and Crypto

Yet, what makes the beer even more unique is its connection with the blockchain technology. In the

crown cap of the beer a unique, encrypted code is located which can only be read by our CraftCoin app.

By means of the app this code can be transferred into 1/50th CraftCoin. In other words: with every

purchase of a bottle of Crypto one obtains "money in crypto form".

© abcmedia / Fotolia

On top of that, we offer all Craft Beer breweries in the world the option to cork their bottles with the

CraftCoin in the crown cap.

The advantages for the brewer: apart from the unique optics and valence, he obtains the option to offer

his customers a kind of second deposit as purchasing incentive. Should the CraftCoin price sour, then the

deposit could for example be equal to the bottle value. The brewer profits when the customer invests his

coin in the Craft Beer via CraftCoin.io once again.

The crown caps can be ordered in any given number (without surcharge for lower amounts) at a fair

price of 25 cents a piece. In return we purchase two pallets of beer from the brewery for our online shop.

4.3 CryptoBars

© 7crafts / Fotolia

On top of it all, apart from the CraftCoin and the Crypto beer, we plan the introduction of a franchise

system for Craft Beer bars. We call those CryptoBars.

The idea behind the innovative franchise system is to create a bar or restaurant respectively, which

becomes the first contact to the Crypto and Craft Beer scene. Therewith we want to make the idea of the

blockchain technology tangible. Mainly through the exchange with equally-minded people but also via

the application of the technology (paying with crypto currency) as well as displaying the technology

(transparent mining PCs).

Central element of the indoor design is the eye-catching CryptoBar.

The working space is made of real wood, filled with transparent epoxy resin in which numbers and

letters are poured. The tables consist of the same material.

The core features of the CryptoBars:

● Payment system with CraftCoin/Bitcoin

● Bitcoin ATM (where permitted)

● Flexible prices (depending on offer and demand)

● Large video screen displaying offer and demand, and current rates

● Always at least 12 Craft Beers from the tap

● Mining as an experience

4.4 CraftCoin-App

Our CraftCoin-App is a central part of Crypto’s encryption system and CraftCoin’s digital storage space.

After having purchased Crypto, the customer can download our app on the phone and register. The app

asks the user to post a picture of the beer with the hashtag #craftcoin #crypto #craftbeer and share it on

Facebook or Twitter before redeeming the CraftCoins.

This way we hope for dynamic growth of attention through the potential of being spread virally. The app

works like an electronic wallet in the ecosystem of cryptocurrencies, simply called “wallet”. It grants easy

access to blockchain technology and its system of digital addresses, transfers and keys. As we are using a

ERC20 token, the public address starts with 0x and can be used für the well known crypto currency

Ethereum. The wallet always displays a public address (similar to a bank account number and a private

key, similar to a password or PIN). These keys are being generated and stored automatically for the user.

This the user can always check his account and can send CraftCoins using his private key or pay in

CryptoBars or purchase and pay for beer in RobinGreen’s online shop (and later on directly from the

app).

The app is free and allows as to address our customers and provide them with a unique experience of

“discounts/deposit/added value” as well as basic knowledge about cryptocurrencies.

4.5 Competitive advantages

4.5.1 Competitive advantages CraftCoin (CRA)

The USP of the CraftCoin lies in its popularization through the crown caps. Many people will quickly

become interested in it to become acquainted with the CraftCoin, to start using it and to hold on to it.

4.5.2 Competitive advantages Crypto Beer

We defined two competitive advantages of Crypto versus “normal” Craft Beer.

Firstly because of its product positioning as light, tasty SMASH beer and secondly because of its

encrypting and the unique marketing of the crown cap with a voucher code, which is loaded via an app.

4.5.3 Competitive advantages franchise CryptoBar

The international franchise market of system gastronomy concepts is a battle hard fought over. Leading

are the fast-food chains McDonald's and Burger King, followed by Vapiano and other concepts. These

systems are based on extremely profitable product manufacturing and timely customer-handling at small

average turnover rates.

The competitive advantage of a CryptoBar can be defined by the target group addressed (blockchain and

crypto-interested people as well as Craft Beer lovers) and the quality that comes with the higher average

turnover rates and margin resulting from that.

Page 18: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

18 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 5. Mission / Vision / Marketing

5. Mission / Vision / Marketing

5.1 Beer sales

With our own Craft Beers Berliner Schwarze and Kraftbier we already were successful on the Craft Beer

market. Craft Beers are still popular throughout Germany as well as worldwide, which is why it is only

logical and economically feasible to expand our assortment. Our beer creation Crypto is therefore an

important ingredient of our business model.

It will be available online and in selected specialized liquor stores as well as Craft Beer bars.

For the logistics one of the largest online beer traders of Germany, Bier-deluxe.de, supports us.

5.2 Token sale

Because of the token sale of our CraftCoin we wish to generate sufficient capital in order to establish our

CryptoBar franchise on the market and to expand our beer trade. Furthermore, we plan the

establishment of the CraftCoin with a sound infrastructure. Important for us here is a wallet as well as

acceptance locations.

5.3 Franchise

Our CraftCoin concept is offered as franchise that can lead to considerable income. On the one hand an

entry fee of 15,000 - 55,000 CCO will be introduced; apart from that a turnover-dependent fee of 6% will

be charged.

5.4 Brands

The Robin Green AG has a strong brand portfolio available. Our brands include:

The beers: Berliner Schwarze, Kraftbier, Crypto

Our token: CraftCoin

Our company name: Robin Green

Our Franchise: CryptoBar

Page 19: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

19 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 5. Mission / Vision / Marketing

5.5 Marketing / distribution

5.5.1 Marketing Crypto

U In order to market Crypto we concentrate on television advertisements as well as specialized beer

magazines. On top of that, we place advertisements on Facebook in order to be able to directly address

our target group.

The price for a 0.33 l bottle amounts to 3.9 euros at most and can be obtained either per single order or

per subscription model via our online shop.

Because of the price policy chosen, we position the beer in the premium segment, obtain attractive

coverage contributions and can finance the marketing with the CraftCoin crown cap/app functionality.

This direct way to our customers is the main distribution channel and with the app we expect strong

customer relations and clear, dynamic growth rates.

By systematically posting Crypto and advertising it via social media, many friends of our customers are

addressed and introduced to Crypto and CraftCoin.

We furthermore serve beverage wholesalers, specialized beverage/liquor/beer traders and the leading

retailers in Germany, like Edeka or Rewe.

Our export activities are currently limited to Norway and China. We plan to expand substantially in the

future.

5.5.2 Marketing franchise

Franchise portals such as franchiseportal.de and franchisedirekt help us to find franchisees for our

CraftCoin bars. Moreover, we aim for advertising via Facebook and LinkedIn.

With special PR we aim for specialized blogs, specialized magazines and economic magazines for

attracting attention.

5.5.3 Marketing CraftCoin

The tokens CraftCoin can be promoted via Crypto info platforms such as coinmarketcap.com,

Cryptocompare, ICObench, etc. by means of banner advertisements and newsletter entries.

Furthermore, our Crypto Beer with the code in the crown cap and its app also serves as main marketing

tool.

Our CraftCoin is continuously promoted on social media as well, most of all Facebook and Instagram and

LinkedIn as well.

Page 20: The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer ... CraftCoin.pdf · The decentralised blockchain innovation for the Craft Beer and Franchise Market . White ... THE ECOSYSTEM

20 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 6. The token sale

6. The token sale

6.1 What is a token sale?

A token sale is similar to an ICO (initial coin offering) and the crypto-pendant of an introduction to the

stock exchange. Initially, no shares are offered but tokens, similar to a voucher. During a token sale

initially generated tokens are exchanged against other crypto currencies during a previously set time and

at a pre-defined exchange rate.

The objective is to allocate other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum in order to finance the

project or expand it respectively. With digital currencies one differentiates between coins and tokens. A

coin stands for a digital currency on a blockchain and a token is placed on an existing blockchain (mostly

Ethereum) and attributed with certain functions and options.

In case of our CraftCoin we are thus dealing with a token sale.

6.2 Development

The tokens sale starts on 1/7/2018 with a two-week pre-sale. After the rebated price follows the token

sale from 15/7/2018 through 15/10/2018.

The tokens sale ends when all tokens are issued, at the latest on 31/12/2018.

6.3 Technichal details on the tokens

CraftCoin is a standard ERC20 token. It can be divided into 20 digits. All Ethereum wallets are suitable,

especially “myetherwallet” for keeping and sending the tokens.

6.4 Emission volume and conditions

Altogether 33 million CraftCoins are generated and 30 million CraftCoins (CRA) are issued within the

framework of the token sale, 20% thereof during the rebated pre-sale. The exchange rate was fixed at

1/400th Ether for 1 CRA. During pre-sale (1/7-15/7/2018) a rebate of 20% is applied. Of the generated 33

million CRA tokens, 3 million are held back for the developers and initiators and 30 million are issued. Of

the 30 million tokens, 1,500,000 are handed out within the framework of bounty programmes and

airdrops.

21 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 6. The token sale

6.5 Permitted participants

The acceptance test, whether someone is permitted to the token sale, takes place within the framework

of the white-listing. There the interested party enters his/her family name, first name, date of birth,

address (street, country, and state), telephone number and e-mail address.

Interested parties from the USA, China, South Korea and Singapore cannot participate.

6.6 Investment planning

The money will be invested in:

A Establishing the franchise system

We charge 20% of the emission proceeds, at least 500,000 euros, for the establishment of the

franchise system. This includes advertisements in franchise portals, as well as additional

marketing and counselling.

B Own CryptoBars

For the construction of the first CryptoBar in Berlin as a flagship bar, we calculate assets of 20%

of the emission proceeds, at least 500,000 euros.

C Brewery and distribution of Crypto, the encrypted beer

For the first supply of ca. 100 hl Crypto we calculate the allocation of ca. 10% of the emission

proceeds, at least 200,000 euro.

D Wallet

For the creation of a functioning app we calculate 150,000 euro.

E App

Zur Erstellung einer funktionsfähigeren App kalkulieren wir 150.000 Euro

F Marketing and distribution

For the marketing of the CraftCoin and the listing at Crypto stock exchanges as well as the

creation of acceptance locations we calculate 15% of the emission proceeds..

G Necessary taxes, staff and business costs

For the payment of the taxes due to the token sale and the implementation of the necessary

staff and business costs, we calculate 35% of the emission proceeds.

9. Risiks

9.1 Risiks groceries

Trading in and manufacturing of groceries always carries a risk. The goods have a limited shelf life and

must be stored accordingly. For the manufacturing of meals certain regulations, reporting and

permission procedures as well as regular quality control are necessary. Expired and faulty products can

lead to financial losses.

9.2 Risks export

Several export risks exist. For one, alcohol or the supply of alcohol respectively is prohibited in various

countries or regions; furthermore levies and permissions should be obtained and the goods have to be

insured.

9.3 Market risks

9.3.1 Market risks beer

Beer is a substance with limited shelf life and should therefore be sold and consumed within a pre-

defined time-span. If this fails, a total loss is at risk and the beer must be disposed off flat or sour.

At Crypto there is even an additional economic risk because of the special crown cap. The supply of

internationally permitted crown caps for Craft Beer and the coding thereof is only offered by few players

at relatively high prices.

9.3.2 Market risks franchise

The franchise system of the CryptoBar as financed by the CraftCoin runs various risks. As the main risk we

define the possibility of a lack of customer acceptance. Without a sufficient amount of paying customers

no CryptoBar can survive.

26 White Paper CraftCoin (CRA) - v1 - May 2018 9. Risiks

9.3.3 Market risks CraftCoin (crypto currencies)

The main risk for CraftCoin certainly is the market risk of all crypto currencies. When the market

collapses because of a lack of trust, the market value of the CraftCoin could break down. The

dependency on large market players such as Bitcoin and Ethereum with regards to technical stability,

participants’ growth and value performance play a significant role regarding the value of the CraftCoin.

Further risks can be found in the security of the wallet used. A security leak at CraftCoin wallets could

result in massive value losses.

9.3.4 ICO / token sale risks

During the token sale it is expected that a value of ca. 30 million Euro will be traded. This takes place via

a so-called Smart Contract. The protocol thus implements the exchange in an automated and transparent

way. Should an error occur in the Smart Contract or in the user interface, there is a risk of total loss.

according to applicable law, decree, regulation, treaty or administrative act.

Robin Green AG is not liable in the broadest meaning of the word, such as applicable laws, decrees and

regulations permit, for indirect, specific, accidental, consequential, or other losses of any kind, resulting

from unauthorized action, agreements or other (including but not limited to the loss of income, income

the trust placed in this Whitepaper or a part thereof.

No assertions and warranties

Robin Green AG does not make any assertions or grants warranties of any kind with regard to an

organization or person, including any assertion, warranty or assumption with regard to the correctness,

preciseness and completeness of all information as documented in this whitepaper. The only binding

documents are the AGB.

Forward-looking statements

This Whitepaper contains certain forward-looking statements. Forward-looking statements are

statements that are not based on historical facts and occurrences. This especially applies to statements

made in this Whitepaper for the construction and management of the CraftCoin ecosystem, its capacities

and services as well as the general economic and regulatory framework stipulations and other factors

beyond Robin Green AG’s control. Forward-looking statements are based on current estimates and

assumptions by Robin Green AG, which are made to the best of knowledge of Robin Green AG. Such

forward-looking statements are subject to risks, insecurities and other factors, which could result in the

fact that Robin Green AG’s actual plan for the construction and management of CraftCoin ecosystems

and the service provisions in connection with that essentially deviate from those explicitly or implicitly

assumed or described in such forward-looking statements. The construction of the ecosystem and the

project idea are subject to a series of risks and uncertainties, which could result in the fact that a

forward-looking statement, estimate or prediction becomes imprecise. For this reason it is urgently

recommended to read the section “risk factors” as established in the AGB, which contains a detailed

description of such factors which influence the realization and construction of the CraftCoin ecosystem

and the functioning thereof. With due regard to the risks, insecurities and assumptions it is possible that

future occurrences as stated in this Whitepaper do not materialize.

Furthermore, it should be observed that future estimates and prognoses as made by third parties can

prove to be imprecise. Furthermore Robin Green AG does not assume any obligation to update forward-

looking statements or to adjust forward-looking statements to future occurrences or developments. The

statements contained in this Whitepaper can contain statements on future expectations and other

forward-looking statements, which are founded on the current ideas and assumptions of Robin Green AG

and contain known and unknown risks and insecurities, which could lead to the fact that construction

and functioning of the CraftCoin ecosystem essentially differs from that expressed in or implied by such

statements. Some of these statements can be characterized by the use of forward-looking concepts such

as “goal”, “expect”, “believe”, “could”, “estimate”, “expectation”, “if”, “intend”, “can”, “plan”,

“possibly”, “may be”, “likely”, “project”, “should”, “would”, “will” or other similar concepts. These

conditions are however not the exclusive means to identify forward-looking statements.

Market and branch information and no consent of other persons

This whitepaper contains market and branch information and prognoses that (when applicable) originate

from internal surveys, notifications and studies as well as market research, publicly accessible

information and branch publications. Such surveys, notifications, studies, market research, publicly

accessible information and publications generally indicate that the information contained therein

originates from sources that are deemed reliable; no liability can be accepted however for the accuracy

or completeness of such information. Except for Robin Green AG and its directors, managers and

employees no person has given his/her permission for inclusion of his/her name and/or other

information that is or can be ascribed to that person in this Whitepaper. If it is assumed or expected that

such person vouches for the correctness or completeness of such information, that person is not obliged

to supply actualizations in this regard. Although Robin Green AG has taken sufficient measures to ensure

that the information is correct and extracted in the correct context, Robin Green AG did not carry out an

independent check on information extracted from third party sources, check the correctness or

completeness of that information or rely on the economic assumptions that constitute the basis thereof.

As a result of that neither Robin Green AG nor its directors, managers or employees that act in their

name provide assurances or warranties with regard to the correctness or completeness of this

information and they are not obliged to formulate any sort of actualization of this information.

No recommendation

This Whitepaper does not represent an opinion on the offer of Robin Green AG to purchase a CraftCoin

token nor is it, or any part thereof or the fact of its presentation, a part of the foundation of an

agreement or investment decision in relation with that. No information in this Whitepaper should be

regarded as business, legal, financial or tax counselling with regard to CraftCoin tokens and the sales of

CraftCoin tokens. Each potential participant should consult his/her own legal, financial, tax or other

professional counsellor with regard to the functioning of the CraftCoin ecosystem, the CraftCoin tokens

and the sales of the CraftCoin tokens.

No further information

No person was or is authorized to provide any information or visuals that is not included in this

Whitepaper in relation to the CraftCoin token, the CraftCoin ecosystem and the sales of the CraftCoin

tokens, or when given to rely on such information or visuals as if it were authorized by or on behalf of

Robin Green AG. The sales of CraftCoin tokens may under no circumstances present a continued

presentation in such manner that no change or development with sufficient certainty might bring an

essential change in the construction and in the company of the CraftCoin ecosystem, the services

associated with that in the past or present, or in the presentation of facts or information that is

contained in this Whitepaper since the date of this press release.

Risks and uncertainties

The purchase of CraftCoin tokens comes with considerable risks and could result in the loss of the money

invested.

There is no income or revenue in regards to the CraftCoin tokens. The marketability of a CraftCoin token

is unclear and possibly very limited. The construction and management of the CraftCoin ecosystem are

subject to risks and uncertainties. Especially economic and political/regulatory risks can influence the

CraftCoin token, the CraftCoin rebate system and the use of CraftCoin tokens (up to non-marketability

and loss of value). Potential participants of the CraftCoin token sales should carefully check and evaluate

all risks and uncertainties that are connected with the construction and management of the CraftCoin

ecosystem, as well as all information in this Whitepaper and in the AGB before purchasing CraftCoin

tokens. If such risks and uncertainties occur, the construction, management of the CraftCoin ecosystem,

the services and the future use of the CraftCoin tokens can be considerably affected. In such cases the

participants can lose the value of the CraftCoin tokens partially or in full.
