The Devils Ivy
By: xxxxxx
How it began
I started growing the devils ivy, or Epipremnum aureum, by taking an all ready mature version of the plant and clipping a vine off of it. Then, I placed the vine in a cup of water near a sunny window and waited for it to grow.
Days 1-8
The vine cutting had not shown any visible changes from day 1-7 but on day 8 the cutting sprouted small roots and brown dots on the stem under the water.

Days 9-12
On day 9-12 of growing my vine the roots showed significant growing and more brown dots have appeared on and around the growing roots.

Days 13-17
On day 13 more dots appeared and the roots have developed fuzz around it.
On days 14-17 the roots have continued to grow and lengthen.

Days 18-22
On days 18 through 22 the vines roots have progressively grown and turned a darker brown color, and the brown dots have turned into roots.
